Last night I was so frustrated about my purchase. But after I posted my review, I discovered my meat was still pink and mashed potatoes were dry and cold. I went back today and spoke with the manager. She was so nice and very professional. She replaced my order with my original order. Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution ???????
I'm so frustrated right now. I ordered 3 wings and coleslaw, but instead I have a thigh, drumstick, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I'm not much of a dark meat eater, but I had no choice but to eat this because I live in Gibsonton ? ?
