We haven't opt to dine-in in a long while but decided to do so. We had a good time, on the customer side Latouya was outstanding. She was courteous and seemed happy which, imo, it is a great sign of you getting close to get some great service... And we did.

Drove through the drive-through, food was hot and greasy. Didn't get my coleslaw had to go inside to take a few minutes more of my day. My head is hurting thinking about KFC maybe done with them. They promised to refund me for a meal a month ago and I haven't received it yet. Why, I don't have a clue.

Worst location, don't ever go there. The people that work there have no idea what they are doing. Big sign that says sauce it up yet they say they can't do it. Then, they gave us the apple bites instead of the strawberry cream bites and said, oh yeah, we ran out. No apologies or even said anything. The people here have no education and their food is horrible, I will never go back again and recommend that you never go either. Not worth the hassle. Absolute garbage!!! And they were out of crispy chicken and it was like a 15 minute wait. The person who assisted me was Gisela, she has no clue what is even going on.

Stopped here for a quick bite with my mother. The service was so good. The workers were friendly and helpful, because we hadn't eaten at a KFC in at least 10 years. The dinning area and bathroom was clean. The food was fresh and good price.

Shitty service , order big box chicken tenders meal, was told it would be 3 mins to make more tenders,. The drive through attendant who was working seemed annoyed that told her I would wait the three mins for the tenders to be cooked. I pulled around to the drive through window paid for my food and was told to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. 35 mins went by before anyone brought my food and was given no sorry for the wait. I then went home to find my chicken tenders were half cooked and smashed.

The closing time at 9:00pm in Riverview is the worst, there are people who leave work late and the least they want is to cook at that time. In Tampa the KFC closes late. All Kentucky fried Chichen restaurants should leave them at the same time. At least until 11:00pm.
