I do love me a good milkshake and this one did not disappoint. Sometimes I do a simple flavor and others I do a creative one like their Captain's Butterscotch. This had several things going on with it! The blend was perfect. The texture was exactly what I prefer! This milkshake was great and fun! The customer service was excellent as well. I will return and try other ice cream flavors but of course in milkshake form!

This place was great, i had cookie monster, girl scout cookie, and chocolate, and let me tell you this place has the best homemade ice cream i’ve had it was great. And the music was really good however has aux cooked i would definitely come again

I've been coming to this ice cream shop for over 10 years—it's hands down one of my favorites in the Tampa Bay area. The flavors are always amazing, the quality is top-notch, the shop is clean, and the customer service has consistently been great. One thing I've always loved is how generous they are with their scoops—it feels like you’re truly getting your money’s worth.

But today was a little disappointing. I ordered one scoop, and as you can see, it looked more like a kiddie portion. My oldest daughter also ordered one scoop and hers was noticeably larger—more in line with what we’re used to (I wish I had taken a photo). My youngest daughter’s cup looked just like mine, so it seems like it might’ve just been the particular server today.

I get that times are changing and prices are going up, but if I’m paying for a full scoop, I expect the cup to be filled the way it always has been. This won’t stop us from coming back—we really do love this place—but I hope this was just a one-off and not a new norm.

Scrumptious home made ice cream at Kimi's. I don’t have enough words to describe just how good it is! We went to the Riverview location on a weekday evening. I really need to mention that we were helped by 2 lovely young ladies who have excellent customer service skills. Exactly who you want representing your business. I wish that I had gotten their names. Generous portions & good value. Anyway, if you are craving some delicious, really perfect ice cream, look no further than Kimi’s. Our tum tums are so happy that we did!

Don’t get a milkshake!!! I made the mistake of asking for a milkshake instead of a bowl. It’s so thin it’s caramel flavored milk. She used salted caramel ice cream and milk so it diluted the flavor. The worst 7.00 with a 3.00 tip milkshake I have ever had.

The ice cream is good, but the cones are so stale. I have no idea how long they had them in the closet for but it tastes like it’s been in there for years! I would get the ice cream again, but not in a cone

THE BEST ice cream in the Riverview/Apollo Beach area, hands down!!!!!! Owners, Noelle and Jeremiah, are the kindest people on earth, and they pride themselves in only using the best ingredients for Kimi’s homemade ice cream. The flavors serve as confirmation of how much love is poured into this business. I cannot recommend this place enough! Truly a hidden gem that my family and I will visit for years to come.

Kimi's is a great shop all-around. The ice cream is great quality, portion sizes are generous, prices are reasonable, and the girls working there are always friendly.
The reason I'm posting is to express my great appreciation for the kid-proof food coloring used for Cookie Monster and Spiderman flavors! We go quite often, and my son especially loves Cookie Monster. Yesterday, he had on a nice shirt, and we left with blue stains all over it. I assumed it was permanent. It was/is not. The 'stains' easily washed out with soap and water. Shirt saved, smiles all around. :-)
