I just came in to get two milkshakes Michelle helped me and my husband she is an excellent worker she has great customer service she's friendly relatable I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back

Good ice cream. The place was quiet but it was quite warm and humid inside. The service was good and friendly.

What an amazing experience! Greeted with smiles from Hannah and Anabel. The icecream was amazing, and the atmosphere was great! Music playing, lights shining- can't get much better than this!

Ordered a chocolate/peanut butter milkshake and received a peanut butter milkshake. I had to ask what it was after they gave it to me because it didn’t look like what I ordered. I advised that was not what I had ordered. No apology or offer to make what I had ordered. It was pretty disappointing considering they charged over $8 and for it.

Usually I love this place, knowing that I’ll be well taken care of. But I recently went today, on 11/13/2025 and was extremely disappointed and confused. I usually get a 2 scoop of my favorite flavor in a cone with a cup. This means I would pay about 6.90- 7.30ish, because you also pay for the cup, but it’s worth it because the portions are good and ice cream is nice. Today I payed close to 9 dollars for 2 scoops and the scoops were so much smaller than usual, it felt more like a one scoop and I was charged for the cup, the cone AND the ice cream which has never happened. I had lost all interest in the ice cream afterwards as I was severely overcharged and never had to pay this for something that was less than my usual.

Bananas and cream = DELICIOUS! All of it is so yummy! Treat yourself. Stop in and smell the sweetness!

First-time visitor and very happy with my purchase. Excellent ice cream and variety, and friendly and efficient staff!

I do love me a good milkshake and this one did not disappoint. Sometimes I do a simple flavor and others I do a creative one like their Captain's Butterscotch. This had several things going on with it! The blend was perfect. The texture was exactly what I prefer! This milkshake was great and fun! The customer service was excellent as well. I will return and try other ice cream flavors but of course in milkshake form!

This place was great, i had cookie monster, girl scout cookie, and chocolate, and let me tell you this place has the best homemade ice cream i’ve had it was great. And the music was really good however has aux cooked i would definitely come again

I've been coming to this ice cream shop for over 10 years—it's hands down one of my favorites in the Tampa Bay area. The flavors are always amazing, the quality is top-notch, the shop is clean, and the customer service has consistently been great. One thing I've always loved is how generous they are with their scoops—it feels like you’re truly getting your money’s worth.

But today was a little disappointing. I ordered one scoop, and as you can see, it looked more like a kiddie portion. My oldest daughter also ordered one scoop and hers was noticeably larger—more in line with what we’re used to (I wish I had taken a photo). My youngest daughter’s cup looked just like mine, so it seems like it might’ve just been the particular server today.

I get that times are changing and prices are going up, but if I’m paying for a full scoop, I expect the cup to be filled the way it always has been. This won’t stop us from coming back—we really do love this place—but I hope this was just a one-off and not a new norm.

Scrumptious home made ice cream at Kimi's. I don’t have enough words to describe just how good it is! We went to the Riverview location on a weekday evening. I really need to mention that we were helped by 2 lovely young ladies who have excellent customer service skills. Exactly who you want representing your business. I wish that I had gotten their names. Generous portions & good value. Anyway, if you are craving some delicious, really perfect ice cream, look no further than Kimi’s. Our tum tums are so happy that we did!
