Great flavors, fun ambience, and plenty of seating to sit and enjoy ice-cream! Nice local ice-cream shop to take you family or just yourself. They even have puppies cups with doggie bone biscuits for your furry friend!

Not sure what happen with this review, I thought I completed a review, but now there is nothing. Oh well, it's been a while since last went there, but I do remember is definitely worth going. Their ice cream taste great! I'm going to have to there again and I'll update this review with better information.

It was a very quiet day for ice cream probably because it's 60° outside but my kids decided that they would really enjoy it so we headed over to a new spot. Thanks to Yelp:). Kimis is located in Riverview which wasn't too far from us. The inside is super clean and plenty of sitting. They do have a long list of flavors and different ways. You can enjoy your ice cream. some really cool flavors like banana pudding, apple pie, peppermint, and cappuccino. My kids went with a classic Cookie Monster and cookie dough both delicious and of course they had to have a cone on top. We would definitely come back.

My husband calls me an Ice Cream Connoisseur and this place was it for me from our first visit. Flavors and texture are great. I don’t like super dense homemade ice cream, but also hate when it’s runnier and melts fast. Kimi’s is the perfect homemade scoop! ?

The businn banana is so good! My husband loved his apple pie ice cream, too. We enjoy Kimis each time we go.
OMG, this ice cream literally did not upset me! It was so perfect for my sensitive tummy. A new favorite.

Nice and warm Ice cream shop. My personal favorite is the Pistachio while my wife orders the Cappuccino Kahlua. Great staff, even when the place was packed they were trying their best to get things running as fast as possible.

Here's the rub: ice cream was great, the staff was as professional as they could be considering the circumstances. But the owner is failing the business here. On a Saturday night there were only 2 employees, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume neither of them were the owners due mostly to their age. They looked high school age at best. But with the freezers broken and these two girls having to reshuffle stacks of ice cream buckets around repeatedly while having to run to the back to grab the same 3 flavors, the owner should have been here working with them. And whoever else they could rangle up. I see all the negative comments about people waiting 30 minutes for ice cream, and the owner or manager responding asking them to come back and give them a second chance. But they aren't here making sure the second visit is better than the first one. Instead depending on 2 17 to 19 year Olds to work miracles. I'd give this place 5 stars but I did also wait 30 minutes for ice cream through no fault of the staff. Owner needs to take ownership and not leave the staff high and dry at a peak business time.

2 customers 2 employees but still we waited for ice 35 minutes to get our ice cream, luckily it is weekend we don’t have anything to do otherwise would be terrible

Came here for the first time this past weekend . The store itself is very cute . The store says it opened at 12:30 , we arrived after 2 and walked in and were the only ones there . My son wanted a chocolate dipped cone with chocolate ice cream . They didn't have the ice cream so he chose another and the girl said the cones weren't ready so it would take a while to make the cone . It took forever for the girls to take all our orders , then they told us their hot fudge wasn't ready either. I'm sorry if you open at 12:30 , everything should be ready . We all finally get our ice cream and my son was still waiting on the stupid chocolate dipped cone . We were all almost done by the time he received it . That to me is stupid as well , why wouldn't those cones be ready to go . Anyway , the service was very slow , nothing ready and for 3 ice creams for $28 ... I'll definitely not be returning .
