Today my family and I went to eat at the Riverview location and everything was great. We only waited about 15 minutes and our server, Isaiah was exceptional. He constantly checked on us, didn’t have to wait too much for food and the food was very good.

Our server was Matthew and he was awesome! Very attentive and friendly. The food was great too. We shared a burger, Ceasear salad, and the chicken bites off the app menu. My husband and I would come back just based on Matthew’s service alone.

We came in on Tuesday. Dec 30th for dinner and we just wanted to say that Brianna R. was an amazing server! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything was delicious as well. She checked in at just the right times and made sure everything was correct. Service like hers truly makes a difference. We’ll definitely be back. This restaurant gets worse every time we go here. It's always dirty and unclean, they need Gordon Ramsey!@!! 🙄 Just Terrible, Management doesn't care here anymore. The food is getting too expensive for it to taste so bad.🙃 😫 😑

There was a lot of people and the waiters had many tables to attend. It was my birthday, a special occasion for me. The best thing was the nice thin, blond and young manager. He was very nice.

Honest foodie

I went a few weeks ago with a friend for dinner and was pleasantly surprised as the service and food were great. I do like the fresh bread that was served prior to my meal. My steak was cooked correctly and was stuffed from my dinner. Maybe next time I will try the desserts.

From the moment I called in to the moment we left, the staff, including the Manager Amanda, couldn't do enough for us. Chavante got us in quickly, Nica was our server who was extremely pleasant and accommodating. This place is well-managed and the food was delish! I would highly recommend it. They are extremely busy but can still accommodate with ease. Thank you all for your outstanding service!

Come here at least 1-2 times weekly for the past year. It’s always been our favorite steak place around. Up until about 2 months ago. Apparently now it’s impossible to cook a steak right, much less get the rest of the order correct. I would say maybe 2 times out of the month they actually get it right. Tonight was basically the last visit for us. We will be going to any other steak place. Steak was still ice cold and purple on the inside. Usually I just eat it, but I can only deal with our food being wrong so may visits. It’s unfortunate because we love longhorn and it’s close by. But it’s not worth the experience anymore.

You would think at a steak place, cooking a steak would be the ONE thing you know how to do correctly.

Where do I even begin? My husband and I are regular LongHorn guests—by regular, I mean we dine there at least once or twice a week. With our busy schedules, cooking at home isn’t always feasible, so we were genuinely excited when we moved to the area in December to find a LongHorn just a mile from our new home. Unfortunately, that enthusiasm didn’t last long.

At first, everything was great. Then, somewhere along the way, something shifted, and since then we’ve found ourselves wondering whether our food will be prepared correctly. It rarely is—if ever. Even the simplest instructions seem to be overlooked. For example, I’ll order a basic salad with just lettuce and cucumber, ranch on the side. The runner will repeat the order back perfectly, only to place in front of me a salad loaded with croutons, drenched in ranch, plus two additional sides of ranch. You just repeated “lettuce and cucumber only”—and yet that’s clearly not what’s on the plate. It’s baffling.

The steaks have been another ongoing issue. I once ordered a filet cooked rare because they consistently overcook medium rare. The steak arrived medium. Call me particular, but I can’t eat a steak cooked beyond medium rare, so I’d rather it be underdone than overcooked. Simple enough—or so you’d think. I sent it back, waited another 25 minutes while my husband ate so his meal wouldn’t get cold, and when the replacement finally arrived, I cut into it only to realize it wasn’t even a filet—it was a sirloin. The salad that night was also incorrect, yet again.

It’s clear that some serious attention needs to be given to active listening, attention to detail, and proper cooking temperatures. We won’t be returning to this location. I’d rather drive 25 minutes to enjoy a correctly prepared meal than deal with repeated frustration. Please, get your service and kitchen operations together.

This restaurant was in Riverview and one of the better longhorns that I've has steak in. The steak was excellent, cooked like I ordered it, very tender along with the baked potato and asparagus or some of the best I've ever had so bright green and tender. If it was closer I would go back to eat there but it's 2 hours away. Next time I'm in the area though I'm going back for another steak.
