They close 30 minutes early! Makes not sense when they supposed to be closing at 11pm and the doors locked at 10:28pm and employees are on their phone doing nothing it’s sad because i really love Marcos pizza but then place left a bad taste

Never again. I placed my order at 5:23 with a quoted time of 5:52. My pizza was baking at 5:29, on the way at 6:06, and delivered at 6:52!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Oh, and they gave us pepperoni instead of sausage and forgot to flavor the crust! First and last time ordering here.

I’m baffled by what’s happened to this place. They used to serve fantastic pizza with fresh, flavorful ingredients, but something’s gone seriously downhill lately. Over the past few months I’ve given them a couple of chances, and each time it’s been a letdown and nothing like the quality they once had.
Recently, they advertised a large two-topping pizza for $8.99, and I thought, “Maybe they’ve turned things around, and at that price, why not try again?” Big mistake. The pizza barely had any cheese, the sauce was skimpy, and it tasted like Little Caesars’ cardboard excuse for pizza.
Honestly, the $5 frozen pizza from Aldi has more going for it, I ended up tossing the Marco's pizza in the trash and making that instead which ended up having more flavor and quality.
I hope this is isolated to just this location and maybe I have just been getting it at the wrong times. I am going to check out another Marco's location to hopefully find their old delicious style and to see if maybe they downgraded their costs and ingredients across the board and quality went with it in whole.

I just had the absolute BEST, most delicious pizza from here, along with delicious cheesy bread and the cinnamon dessert with frosting. I was there 2/27/2025 around 7:45. I highly recommend this Marco’s and their great customer service.

I walked into the store and waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. They walked back and fourth and didn’t say anything to me not once. I had to say something and they told me to hold on and kept working, made me wait another 10 minutes. There was only one other person in the store. I completely understand being busy but to ignore someone that’s been waiting can be frustrating!

I called to inquire if Marco's Pizza would be using a third-party delivery service tonight, as I’ve had issues with their service in the past when third-party companies are involved. The person I spoke with mentioned they use both third-party and in-house delivery, so I explained my concerns. While it seemed like he was going to accommodate my request, I was taken aback when he asked, 'How much of a tip are you leaving the driver?' This comment felt unprofessional and disrespectful, and it reflects poorly on the store’s customer service.

First, they sent me someone else's order. Then, when we called to report it, the dude on the phone said it was on the way and hung up. By the time we got our pizza, it was cold.
I'm editing to add that we don't eat meat... so the first 2 "free" pizzas (sausage & pepperoni) will not be eaten.
