Husband and I ordered a pizza and sub for pick up husband goes in to get the order and they only have the pizza, the front guy goes to ask the other guy if he made the sub and he basically says he forgot so front guy comes back and makes up a lie that they were out of bread and couldn’t make it so we accept the refund and go home and the pizza toppings are wrong, highly disappointed in lazy workers

I recently moved to the area and decided to place a pickup order at Marco’s Pizza. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was especially impressed with the customer service from one of the team members—I believe his name was Jesse. He thanked me for my business and was genuinely warm and welcoming. It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about what they do, and it really stood out. This was my first time trying Marco’s since I’m from out of state, and the pizza was top notch. Absolutely amazing!!!! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Highly recommend!
