Absolutely DISGUSTING. The fries were cold and soggy and undercooked. The sweet tea looked like water and the crispy chicken I ordered so small you couldn’t even see it out of the bun. It was also very overcooked and hard. I couldn’t even eat it. Terrible food. The restaurant was not busy at the time.

First off I have a auto immune disease. I have a tough time swallowing food when I eat. I placed the mobile order and went through the drive-through. I asked for a large water at the window where I was picking up my food. I’ve never been charged for a water before at a McDonald’s, when I normally get a water other McDonald’s they give me a medium size or even a large without me even asking. This employee told me that they are $.49 but she could give me a courtesy water, which is a very small cup. I said OK I will take two of those and she sent me to the third window to wait until I got my food. The food was good. The problem is the 2 little cups of water are all ice and only literally one sip of water inside each cup and I can’t eat my food now. Thanks a lot. I have to stop and get water to help eat my food. Power hungry employees making it hard on customers just trying to get by. Thanks a lot. Horrible customer service. I guess you guys must have a really big water theft problem at this location. Im sure your managers are glad you’re keeping a lid on it. Wouldn’t want you all to go broke on giving away free water.

I went and ordered 2 cookies and a drink. They told me they had to pull me up. ( They already had 6 cars pulled up). I ended up asking for a refund for the cookies.
The man walked away and came back and said no wait and gave me a crumpled up bag. I would’ve complained on the McDonald’s site but I told them no receipt.
Just be prepared to be pulled up to keep their times low.

Food poisoning. The drive thru is terrible. I am not one to complain, but we have had frequent issues with quality, missing items almost every meal, bad customer service, long wait times. The last straw was my husband getting food poisoning. We won’t be coming back.

I get how working fast food/food environments can be, dealing with endless rude customers for not enough pay blah blah blah. So not trying to make anyone’s life harder. But every time I come to this location they forget something that I’ve paid for :(. Forgot 2 McDoubles the last time I went, now today they left out an entire 4 pc chicken nugget 😩 I didn’t notice till I got home (I usually check the bag), cmon yall im broke too! That’s money down the drain. All in all i love McDonald’s
