Paper straws are better than these thin plastic straws they give, now oreo mcflurry coming in like paper cups and already scooped, not sure they get it prepackaged or they serve it like this.

Very disappointed. I work nights and my job doesn't really offer many food items when I take my break at 3am. One night I pulled up and was told cash only. A couple days later I pull up with cash in hand and they told me "we aren't taking any more orders, not even mobile ones" even though they let the person right ahead on me go. They should have finished the "line." I understand you have things to do on overnights, but treating your customers like they are in your way of doing your job and rushing us away so you can have certain duties done is just awful. I wasn't ordering anything fancy either and every time I order from here on my days off the food is thrown together messily and the fries are soggy. (I only live 3 miles up the road might I add) the staff is unprofessional and on their phones; sometimes while taking payments, they are combative with simple questions, and the managers are just the absolute bottom of the barrel people that they could find. I'm not asking for 5 star service at a fast food place, but at least treat me like a person.

Pretty mad about this one they need to slow down an look at orders.. my kid has allergies so I get her burger plain get the order hand her food then look in my mirror and see that the burger was not plain even though it said it twice on the sticker it had all the toppings not too happy with this place will start going to another because if I had to rush my kid to the hospital because there rushing there job I would of been in there causing a scene.

Terrible customer service. From ordering the food to reception of the food. The people that work there have no manners or human decency. Zero attention to detail. It’s so bad that it seems intentional. They got my order wrong after it being correct in the order screen. I was told I had to pay extra for the mcchicken I originally ordered. I had 10 fries in the bag. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Awful customer service I asked to speak with a manager but the register did not know who the manager on duty was first let me start saying there was nobody at the progresses they were allowing everybody to do their orders at the kiosk inside the store when I received my food fries were cold I asked to speak to the manager when they finally figured her out who it was I sat down to eat what was edible and told a young man please let the manager on duty for the shift manager on duty now to come and speak with me that was about 1:45 at 2:10 no one still came to the table never got to speak to anyone I would not recommend this location to anyone

BITTER BITTER COLD IN THAT STORE., TOO COLD. THE young lady helping me, told me she put on three shirts and that wasn't enough. She told me the next time she was going to put on the whole closet. I guess this owner doesn't know how much money they're losing by keeping the store freezing freezing cold. Most uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get back outside. There is no reason for this.
I have to wait 1/2 hour to be served, and my order was to go. Only a Mcmofen combo and a cold coffee .

I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a McDonald’s before! The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, with zero manners or customer service skills. They gave me the wrong order, and to top it off, it was incomplete. The whole place is completely unorganized and chaotic – the management needs to be replaced ASAP. The atmosphere was ghetto, and it felt like no one cared about the customers or the quality of service. Definitely won’t be coming back here again!
