Every time I have been to this McDonalds, everything about it is terrible. I have never once gotten my food at the window, I have to pull forward and wait another 5/10 minutes every time. This time the food was also stale, the fries, nuggets, and chicken sandwich. I don’t understand how I have to wait around for an extra 10/15 minutes and still get food that is stale. I love McDonalds and have been going my whole life, but I promise I will NEVER go to this location again. Would rather starve.

If I could put no stars i would ,I doordash in Riverview overnight, I know better than to come to this store but you can only refuse so many orders but I've never came to this store and got the meal I came for ,NEVER...its either there switching to breakfast or just plain tell you there not taking orders. One time manager told me the cook wasnt there...I was a GM for 10 years and I've never heard such BS..24 hr stores dont close, there is no closing to set up breakfast and a deffenitly don't close the entire store because a cook didnt show. MCDS has dropped standards lowwww man ..just flushing money away paying a overnight crew to just eat up labor while they turn down customers and then GM and corporate act oblivious to it like they cant see customer count dont exist between these hours..smdh..Taco Bell down the street stays open and there DT stays full all night..do us all a favor ,lock the doors ,turn out the lights and never come back

We ordered online, but they said the system was rebooting.
So, we tried to order in person- they said they can't take any orders.
I tried to cancel the online order, but it said it was already being prepared and couldn't be canceled...
We said we would wait for the system, and they didn't respond...
What a load of garbage.

Very great atmosphere, Usually you will get a sandwich with a bite taken from it and a spit on your fries. Manager was so cool about it, she said our buns just look like it. I wish i could attach tge picture.
I absolutely love McDonald's. Is by far my favorite fast food place to go to I've been going there my entire life. It's the most consistent restaurant for food quality, service and cleanliness. I eat there 2-3 a week. Some of my favorite things to get there are the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with cheese, French Fries and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

This McDonald's is so disorganized! They make you order on a kiosk now and then the order never reaches the kitchen. I did feel bad for the workers because you could see how much confusion was going on

Wow. There was something solid in my burger. It felt like bone. Cracked my tooth. But what can I prove I also accidentally swallowed said bone piece. Can't prove it... But hey honestly this did happen. This place is a danger to the public.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered curb side. Waited 20 minutes. Went inside and waited another 30 minutes before I ever got my food and they tried to give me cold food. Never again will I go back. This place is awful.
