Stopped serving food at 2:30am to prep for breakfast menu then won't cancel a mobile order and won't serve it . MD really has changed.

Waited over 20mins for my food and nobody seems to know how to do their job. I was the only person waiting for food so why would it take over 20mins to get. Y food? Once I got the food I rejected it and demanded a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS RAN BY KIDS

Takes forever and doesn't answer phone.
I would leave zero stars if I could. The workers always make you move to a station or park in the front when using the drive thru. They say there is a sensor and the manager gets upset if the car doesnt move right away. They make you park somewhere even if there are no cars behind you… and then of course, it takes a while for the workers to bring out your food all the way out to the parking lot.

This is not a 24/7 McDonald's. Never can get service at 4:30am
if I’m just being honest, I would give zero stars doesn’t matter if you order DoorDash or if you pick it up yourself the order is still wrong. The foods made sloppy the fries are never hot unless You specifically ask for fresh fries The list definitely goes on after Covid hit this place has never been the same. Reading this, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

Vince really stood out during our visit to this McDonald’s. As a regular customer, I appreciate when someone takes the time to be patient and professional, especially when we’re out as a family. He made sure everything was right and treated us with care. It’s rare to get that kind of service these days ! thank you, Vince, for going above and beyond.

Some McDonalds, like this one, are staffed by individuals evidently too lazy to turn off the various beeping alarms on the appliances. Which means diners are forced to endure constant never ending alarm noises while dining.

Went through the drive through, ordered over $60 worth of food. We were sent to the drive through parking spot. 15 minutes later we got our food, missing two cheeseburgers and a large fry. Turned out they missed the order for the third fry after we saw the receipt (my bad) still waiting on the two burgers. 3 different people came out to clarify about the fry situation. By the third person we were a little irritated and expressed it (just give us the two burgers we paid for) because of that she walked away while trying to explain the situation. We left after 45 minutes of dealing with this nonsense. The food we did get is now cold. Will NEVER go back to that location.
Ordered a steak bagel and it had a piece of someone’s long black hair in it. Waste of money.

Food came out then they tell me to wait for my drinks, Food is now cold and still no drinks. When I complain they tell me they are out of what I ordered. So why not say that from the beginning. Am still here now and no manager as requested.

On 8/11 I placed an order on the McDonald’s app spent a total of $30 for pickup . Pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my order at 3:00am and was greeted with “ we are not taking orders “ no customer services skills at all . When I told them I placed the order online for pickup the lady and manager both told me they are not taking orders there is no food to make ! What restaurant is opened 24/7 but at 3am has no food to make especially after paying for the order on the app . I then requested a refund or to replace the order and I was told no refund will be made and they can’t replace the order and that the order will cancel on its own . As a former employee of McDonald’s this was a very disappointing experience and I know for a fact a refund or a replacement ( as long as it’s the same value ) can be made . I will be looking for a call from the general manager .

My daughter and I went through drive-through around 7:40 Saturday 8/9 , and there was a young lady taking our order in drive
and took our payment. She was the same young lady who then came to the second window, bagged up our food and our drinks. Her name is Marley had a smile on her face I even said she deserved a race and you know what she said. They just needed more help very humble, sweet girl. She was running it ALONE.
