Great food. I like my food with no sauces on them because of allergies so we always have to wait for item to be prepared and then make sure they were done right.

I waited for food which was fine cause it was being put together fresh. They didn’t put extra onions like I paid for. Then I go in and have to wait to get onions. I wait longer. They have the sandwiches in the back and give me onions in a nugget box with oil leaking everywhere. Who works here? Who manages this store?! You have to do better, I got a refund but you just wasted both our times and cost your business money over not doing things right.

I used the drive-through to order two large french fries and a Sprite. The girl handed me a Sprite and asked me to pull forward to the white line. I then waited for 18 minutes! That’s right 18 minutes for two large fries. All the while watching other people get their food. The employees at this McDonald’s are by far some of the most lazy, rude, and incompetent workers I have ever seen in fast food. I hope the corporate office fines this franchise location and then maybe their management will take their employees performance and conduct a little more serious.

I don’t know why I keep going to this McDonald’s ! I would literally rather drive further out to a different McDonald’s than go to this location ! Service is always so bad !! Placed and online order, they took the money out my account immediately but when I got there they said there’s was no order there for me . Tried to gas light me like I made the order to the wrong location , I showed them the email where it shows the address to this location. Then they ask if that’s a screen shot of the order receipt!!! And say they can’t give me my money back cause they didn’t receive my order ! This McDonalds is a joke and they need to start over ! It was not this bad 10 years ago ! I don’t know what’s happened to it !

Ordered 2 plain sundaes. They cost $3.29 each and McDonald's have the nerve to give this small amount of icecream. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I could rate this no stars. I was just there for breakfast around 10:04am in lane 1. The girl took my order and when I corrected her that I ordered a frappe she argued with me saying I ordered an iced coffee. She engaged in an unnecessary back and forth at the speaker. She is very rude and disrespectful. She needs serious customer service training.

She definitely got cussed out because that is not how you talk to or treat people. Everytime I come to this location whether day or night there is always some rude girl working the window. The only nice person is the guy Khamis who extended great customer service to me.

I have been having more and more problems with this location. Tonight in the drive through, they legit skipped me twice and took the other people's orders. Absolutely disrespectful and is weird as hell. I don't know if the chick taking orders is new or not but she needs to do her job better. 0/10 stars.
