I went to this McDonald's and when I ordered my food they tried only gave me half of order of large fries. And the guys was extremely rude and he pulled out the scale and said oh my scale is saying it's a large not a medium. When I tried to use the bathroom it was out of order both of them were mens and women's was out of order.in from of the bathrooms there was a puddle of water what had cardboard covering the water. This was the worst experience I ever had at McDonald's and I go to a lot of them. I will never be going back to this one at all. This mc Donald's had no parking they only had 7 spots and all of them were taken up. When you tried to get out of McDonald's you had to wait because the drive through was blocking the exit. When I opened my sandwich the tomatoes and the lattice was not even on the sandwich the sandwich is burnt and there is a big glob of mayo on the top bun.

This McDonalds had all of us in a huge line waiting for over an hour to place an order at the window without even checking in on us. Once they started taking orders, they only went to the one side and skipped over us multiple times. I had to ride around and order at the window because we would have never been able to order if not. Definitely need new workers or better management!!!

I ordered through doordash. Mcdonalds allowed someone to take my first order and I waited over an hour until they told one of the three dashers that went to pick it up. Then refused to remake it. This forced me to cancel it and reorder. You waited 40 mins then cancelled my order. Almost two hours an no food. This is completely unacceptable. Punishing the customer for your disorganization. This is not the first time this has happened. Do better

Writing this on behalf of my ten year old who just ordered a happy meal because his picky a** won’t eat Chipotle.

The chicken nuggets are a 9/10, fries are 10/10, bbq sauce (they didn’t forget it) 10/10, Coke 10/10, toy 11/10.

Kid-friendliness: He’s happy.

• They’ll forever give you whatever they want but what you order for, overcharge you for non existing items, and blame it on you. Perfect place for a lawsuit.

• Update 2 years later. Lowest MCD quality in the whole south area, still.
Aggressive behavior not only to clients but delivery drivers too, no matter how polite you try to be, they’ll use their repressed emotions into you with the advantage you are not a client or co worker that could get you fired.

Ask for two barbecue sauce and a sweet and sour with 3 orders of chicken nuggets & we didn't get any sauce and no napkins either we originally planned to go in but there weren't any parking spots available because there are only five or six spots the rest about the spot is for when they bring your food out whatever happened to being able to go somewhere and sit down and be able to eat your somewhere comfortable instead of your car like we did

Parking: Originally went to dine in but ended up eating the car at a different parking lot because there weren't any spots available because of most the parking spots where for waiting to get your order what happened to the days that you can go inside play comfortably and interface with people instead of ordering your

To the manager... I hope you got my complaint about the rounding up without my permission? Had I not asked for my receipt I would not have known. This happens all the time and it's stealing!!! I did not authorize any additional funds to come out of my acct. Inflation is hard on all of us. I have the copy of my receipt. This has to stop!!!

If you're eating late late night the manager I remember her name she had got it going on. Or her twin sister works there too , she was working the drive thru like no other., taking orders and working the first window and the second window taking your order taking your money and giving you your food not missing a beat!!! She definitely deserves a ride !!!

It amazes me that they blame the app for a messed up order when only half the order is wrong, It tells me that they hire anyone without the education to read !!! I have yet to get an order that is correct. Definitely not worth $15 an hour, you have one job, please try to get it right!! If you can’t get a cheeseburger right , I’m surprised you have the skills to tie your shoes, sad
