Placed an order that was given to me incomplete. I realized this when i got home and i called the restaurant to tell them about it. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor by having me drive all the way back there to pick up the 40 nuggets they forgot to include. I drove there and they treated me like crap, like a Karen, when i was NEVER disrespectful with any of them and i simply asked them to please give the 40 nuggets they forgot to include. The guy who gave them to me rolled his eyes at me twice, looked at me with disgust, and slammed the window shut twice in a way to annoy me. The girls inside laughed at me when the guy did that the second time. No just that they didn't apologize for screwing my order and for having me drive there twice, but they all had the guts to mistreat me. Customer service skills aside, they lack humanity. Very sad.

I eat fast food once a month. This is by far the WORST customer service/establishment I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I am writing this as I have now been in line for a total of 30min... still waiting for my food... I just ordered a mcdouble meal...if you're reading this.. yes I'm still waiting....

Disappointing Experience at this location.I've noticed that the Caramel Frappe has been unavailable for an extended period due to a malfunctioning machine, which is quite puzzling and frustrating. as it's one of their signature offerings. While the service was satisfactory, the lack of a beloved menu item left much to be desired. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future customers.
