The service was awesome and the whole place had a cool, energetic vibe. This is now my go-to spot when I want to treat myself. Highly recommend!

The Milkshake Factory truly serves the best milkshake I’ve ever had! From the very first sip to the last, it was thick, rich, and incredibly creamy. What really stood out was how the mix-ins lasted all the way through,not just sitting on top, but blended perfectly so every sip was just as delicious as the first. If you’re a milkshake lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. I can’t wait to come back and try more flavors!

Was so excited to visit! It's soft serve ice cream first of all. I got a hot fudge Sundae. The cup was barely half way full - unlike the posted picture. The sundae was so saturated with micro chocolate chips you couldn't enjoy the ice cream or fudge. The chocolate chips were awful - everybody in my party agreed! It was very expensive! Way over priced for the quantity and quality of food served. Since it is a milkshake shop I plan to go back on a Thursday between 4 - 6 when milkshakes are $5. I'll see if the milkshakes are better. If they are anything like the treats we had tonight we definitely won't be back.
If you want better soft serve ice cream or a better sundae Twisty Treat beats this place BIG TIME! And, it's just across the street and less expensive!

This was my first time at the Milkshake Factory so I wasn’t too sure what to expect getting a dairy-free cookies and crème shake. Normally, dairy-free shakes are chalky and watery but this is by far the most delicious dairy free shake I have ever had in my life!! Since I was only visiting Riverview, I will definitely be looking forward to going to the Orlando location. Life long customer!!

I’m not really much of a milkshake person since they’re either so thick, you’re turning blue trying to suck from the straw or just watery like milk, but not here. Their shakes are the perfect consistency and sooo flavorful! They also have non-dairy options from my lactose intolerant people who choose not to suffer 🙂‍↕️ They also have plenty of other sweet treats to try like chocolate, cake pops, bark, fudge, chocolate covered strawberries. And the employees are super sweet and informative! Will definitely come back and tell as many people as I know about this place!

Cute locally owned Milkshake and Chocolate shop. Loved the Campfire S'mores and Mint cookies & cream shakes. Their milk peanut butter pretzel bar is worth its weight in gold.

It was great. Drove almost two hours to check it out. It was worth it. I tried the banana foster milkshake. Delicious. Can't wait for the one to open up in Cypress

MilkShake Factory SouthShore (Riverview, FL) is a dream come true for anyone with a sweet tooth. This place takes dessert to a whole new level!

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They are patient, helpful with recommendations, and seem genuinely happy to be serving such delicious treats.
Now, for the main attraction: the shakes.

These are incredibly rich and creamy milkshakes—the texture is absolutely perfect. I have to give a special shout-out to the Cookie milkshake; it is hands down the best one I’ve ever had. It was packed with flavor and perfectly blended.

But they don't just stop at shakes. The chocolates are equally impressive. The chocolate bark is delicious, making for a perfect take-home treat or a gift if you can manage not to eat it all yourself first!

If you are in Riverview and need a dessert fix, run, don't walk, to the MilkShake Factory. Five stars all the way!
