Moe's Southwest Grill

I dont know whats the deal with the disgusting looks you get when you walk in. It cannot be this depressing working at a Moes which is empty 90% of the time.

Food it's ok, cheaper than Chipotle's but this location looks pretty gross. Paint peeling, machines broken,flies, employees in and out the back door, 1 person handling the line and cashier. People walking in not saying anything and being handed a bag... Pretty sketchy.

Love this place but, today I ordered Queso and chips to go. I wondered why she gave me so many chips, when I got home and tried to eat them I realized she gave me all of the stale chips. Won't be going back to this one anytime soon.

Wow. That was the most inedible food I think I've ever had. The rice was so crunchy it could have been raw. Chips had so much salt they were caked white. All the meat was almost gone but looked like it had been sitting there for days and was burnt. Onions we're floating in brown water.

Came on Sunday. No welcome to Moes, didnt tell us the kids eat free. Not worth the money

We’ve been coming here (Moe’s) for years, and wow this location specifically has gone downhill pretty significantly and after our visit today we just won’t becoming back. Moe’s in general has declined over the years, but this one specifically is just gross now. We both couldn’t finish our food it was so bland, and the only flavor was burnt. You don’t dare look around because you question if your food may make you ill later with how gross you the place is.

We initially walked in and thought maybe it would be better since it looked like they had remodeled some, but the closer you look the worse it got.

It’s such a shame since it’s a nice shopping plaza, but it’s truly rather terrible.

Place order (#37199508314062854) for delivery bag was sealed not drivers fault. Store did not add cup of queso but I was charged for it and the bag of chips had a very small handful of chips. Not even 1/4 of the bad. Chips were a single layer

For a $16 bowl on door dash this is what I get. Since when did they serve so little? I could have went to chipotle and spent $12 and for 50-60% more food. Very very disappointed.

Ordered food online. Requested chips to come with all my order. Got no chips for all my orders. Also I ordered a bowl and half the bowl was empty. Didn't bother calling because last time I complained they said if I wanted a remake to come on down. FYI that defeats the point of delivery!

07.17.25: started coming here again out of desperation of lack of places to eat nearby that are affordable but this is why this place is always dead at lunch, see the most recent pictures posted of how I received my food and how much chips they gave. Last time I asked for more they ended up feeling half the bag with chips so they don't seem to get what a normal portion is and what an extreme amount is or they were just being a smart alec. My tacos were barely filled with meat and they have been scrunched and reduced to I don't know what, but it doesn't look good.
12.6.22: officially black listed, this sloppy messy looking lady that claimed to be the GM tells me to leave and throws the food already made for my order in the trash and says you can leave because i asked for a little more chicken on one of my taco that only had 3 pieces.... Needless to say I'm never going back. They was no other customer in either. I wish they would just fail and close down already so something better can go in it's place. That owner is just as bad as or worst then her... They must be related or learned customer service from the same crappy place. You all don't deserve to use the Moe's name. Will be reporting this location to corporate.

01.09.22: the new staff seems ok, and saw them training a new guy which is good but I wish the rice was not burnt or undercooked and chips weren't stale. Issue with rice last two visits and chips are hit or miss. With the price increases everywhere and still not great food encourages a 2022 goal for not eating out and cooking in myself. Thanks for the encouragement poorly managed quick service restaurants. This owner just doesn't seem to get it. Train your employees so they know the proper way to cook the food or you will go out of business because people will stop going.

Sometime in 2021: They're good but man are they slow, especially on Moe Monday. Takes 30 plus minutes to get thru the line. Even on not busy days they're slow. Some of the crew is faster and more efficient than others but they really need to work on speed here.

Decent. All Moe's are kind of crap now. They clearly don't listen to consumer feedback or they could make a change like Chipotle did. They see their imminent downfall and turned things around. Moe's has not and appears it cannot. It's always dirty, food quality is always inconsistent. Today they were out of white rice, out of fajita veggies. Their line is always so filthy, no effort is made to tidy it up. Their employees are always disheveled. It's just so funny lol. But I mean, 3 stars because the food was okay and their queso always hits. I wish they could turn it around because they have the potential to be good like it used to be.

After being gone for 10 years...

I pulled up and was excited to order. When walking in I was disappointed by how dingy and uninviting this place had become. Honestly felt like it was cooler outside then inside, on a July day...

In the end. The food was good, the service was okay.
