This location wont honor the bag promotion. When bought originally, no one said anything about franchises or explained that it was in certain locations only. No options, no apologies for the misunderstanding. Brandon location does honor the offer.

This used to be a delightful treat, But NOT anymore. The cake is good, But the icing is what makes this treat GREAT. The past few visits. I've been noticed they put in so little icing on the cakes now. All you get is DRIED up cake. NOT COOL. They think the REGULAR CUSTOMERS don't notice it, WE DO. I usually buy 6 mini cakes (2)Chocolate chocolate chip. (2)Raspberry, lemon. (2)Smores Cost over $45 You have a good thing going there. Don't ruin it by being cheap. Those cakes are not cheap. I'll give it one more shot hopefully I will not be disappointed.

Abby made my birthday! After the hurricane passed celebrating my birthday felt very selfish and lackluster, all I wanted was to get a bundtlette from my favorite cake store. When I walked in I was so happy looking at all the decorations and set ups for different occasions! Abby greeted us in such a happy and sweet manner, when I presented my punch card she informed me it was no longer a promotion but honored it anyway! Thank you so much for a great day in a week!
I purchased 4 bundt cakes for my family & I. I asked to used the restroom & was told by the associate “I don’t think it works.” I asked her if she could double check because I really needed to use the restroom & of course, I just purchased cakes from the store so figured it wouldn’t be an issue. The employee gave me a weird look & quickly glanced behind the door that I could obviously see wasn’t the bathroom & said “Yeah, it doesn’t work.” I honestly don’t believe the restroom was out of order as she would have known this being that she worked there. So paying customers don’t have access to use the restroom at your store? Noted. My biggest thing, no matter how much I love a store, if they don’t have great & ethical customer service, I will use my money else where.

I went to the location on.Brandon Blvd today and the young lady that took my order, I believe her name was Alixandra and the young lady in the back with dark hair who handled my ballon order were both cute as buttons BUT their sunny personalities made them two of the most beautiful young ladies I have come across in a long time! Excellent customer service from two excellent employees! They're both awesome! You got yourself a long term customer now because of those two! Very well done!❤

I went in and there was no seating which I guess is ok for people. It tastes delicious when I get it for fundraisers. But I tried to go in and get an order and they said “we don’t give our silverware.” How?!!! I didn’t even know with the health department that a restaurant could NOT Have plastic silverware?! Like who would walk in with their own fork??!Update: I tried to look it up on the county restaurant compliance website and this store was listed “application in process” and didn’t show any inspections on file for the agency
