I had my first experience at Panda Express, and it was fantastic! Alexis, the cashier, was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining how the ordering process works and answering all of our questions. The food was delicious, and everything was served quickly and with a smile. Overall, a great first visit, and I’ll definitely be back!

Warning, we feel the conditions at this restaurant put the public health at serious risk. There is black mold dust bunnies falling from the ac vents throughout this restaurant onto customers (such as ourselves) and into the food, even when we were sitting eating. We have been going here for several months and kept noticing what looked like dirt clumps off a customer’s dirty boots. Come to find out, it was dirt clumps, it was black clumps of moldy dust falling from the ac vents. It was raining down on us and getting in our food while we ate. Then we realized and looked closer that it was all throughout the restaurant at almost all the ac vents. It was on the serving buffet counter, in front of the cash register, by the drink fountains, pretty much everywhere. Then, the staff stated they had been aware and that the manager was aware; however, the manager was not on duty at the time. These conditions are so bad we expect the health department to shut this restaurant down when they respond to our complaint. This is so bad, we feel the public needs to be protected from the incompetent failure to take action by the manager.

We, as a company, order from here all the time. They always get our order right and offer great customer service. The one time they mildly didn't get it right, the manager, Tanatta, was empathetic and took care of us greatly. This is a very good run location. It's very clean, runs efficiently, and offers an excellent customer experience. We will always continue ordering from this location.

Lerato M provided excellent service to us today. We placed our order and she let us know when we got to the window she made it a plate for us, because it would be cheaper! Having the customers best interest in mind will definitely keep them coming back. It really comes down to her making the choice to help someone out, she didn't have to do that for us. She went the extra mile and I appreciate it very much. Thanks Lerato, you're a queen!
