The service is so mid. Nobody wants to be there. No smiles. The work culture in the US sucks. In other parts of the world, they actually care about their job regardless of what job it is. They’re not grateful for the job. It wouldn’t matter the pay. They don’t care. They don’t care about America and don’t treat others like they’d like to be treated. They’re just there for themselves. They can’t keep up with busy days. They don’t see themselves as part of a bigger group. America’s extreme individualism will be the downfall of this country. Need more collectivism.

During my visit today I decided to go inside to order because the drive through line was long. The person was super nice but she was stingy with the food more so the meat selections. It would be nice to get your monies worth and not short handed. Do better!

I usually frequent this establishment as it's convenient for me to get a qwik meal when I walk in I am always greeted with a hearty welcome in .....the staff always caters to me in a such a patient and professional manner the manager on staff Ashley has a great smile that sets a positive tone she is funny, professional and friendly I had a great experience today and will continue to come to this panda express...
Service was great at Bloomingdale location. We were getting 3 of the 2 entrees and 1 side plates.And if they were low on some of the meats they cooked a new fresh bowl. Other places would try to scrape the bottom that has been sitting there forever ,but instead they cooked us 3 fresh orders that were low.They even recommended a new type of chicken they have ,so I ordered that as 1 of my meats & it was really good.

Had a wonderful experience here the other day with Ashley as the manager! She served our food quickly and accurately. There happened to be a disgruntled customer that approached her and continued to argue and make negative comments towards her and she handled it extremely well! She remained extremely professional despite the customers attitude and negativity. Upon hearing the concern, Ashley did a great job trying to de escalate the situation while the customer continued their negative behavior. Despite the situation, we received our food with no issue and look forward to coming back soon!

Didn’t even order food, they were out of everything. Management should do better and order enough supplies for the demands this location has. Says a lot when they have to list what they do have instead of what they don’t have.
i give 2 stars because atleast the people were nice. The teriyaki chicken is horrible almost everytime i have it lately… they no longer guve or even have the hot teriyaki sauce which makes no sense at this point its just tasteless chicken.. the packets do no justice. i got a plate of food and its just Gross… the rice isnt good the chicken is horrible and hard with a ton of fat the packets do not help! Ill drive farther for my food if i eat panda at all.

Ordered the lo mein noodles they were dry the broccoli was under cooked the orange chicken was over cooked. The ice machine wasn't working in the lobby and they didn't have any unsweetened tea?. Will not be back.
