The experience that I had was good. The food was basic. However the customer service I received from Jamie L was great.Very patient as I ordered and suggested meal options.

I often come to this panda express as it is my local one. The food is usually what you'd expect from a fast food places, subpar. The worst part though, is the service I often get helped by Eva and let me tell you she is rotten! She is always so rude and disrespectful and often messes up our order or we are missing something from our order.

I ordered the double beef broccoli, but what I received was double broccoli, no beef. Extremely disappointing. When I brought it up to the restaurant, they just brushed it off like nothing was wrong. If I wanted only broccoli, I would have ordered a veggie dish. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience.

I visit this store at least weekly and have never had a bad experience. The serving size is almost too much for me, and the food has always been good. Faye was my server and she was polite and efficient.

I went to this location around 9:15 PM to get some dinner for me and bros, After ordering my food with respect she told me she will not serve me I kept asking why after 3 mins she answered saying just because she don’t like the way I talk ? saying I called her dumb whatever I think she needs a hearing aids.. don’t waste your time and money here THE location at Bloomingdale, across from Home Depot is 1000 times better!!

If you are ordering takeaway food, they will use soggy and cold food and don't expect quantity in your food. My advice is to go inside and order after standing in the line; that way, you will get fresh food in sufficient quantity.
I love their food, though, when it is fresh. Some of their servers don't have a good attitude, and some are great, so it's like a miss or hit.

Asked for a tiny bit more rice as Shane had not filled the bowl fully with rice. Shane refused to provide this.
Having worked in the restaurant business, rice is by far the cheapest ingredient and any restaurant I’ve ever been to, gladly gives more rice if asked.
