Why is it so hard to include teriyaki sauce with teriyaki chicken? This has happened to many times. I didn't order dry flavorless chicken. I ordered teriyaki chicken.

Service wasn’t very friendly food average and then suddenly unfortunately we found a “sharp chicken bone” in the orange chicken, mentioned to the manager in charge, she took a picture and mentioned that it wasn’t supposed to be there because they use a processed frozen product, no apologies…(we cleaned the meat around to show it in the picture)

This restaurant is under a new manager. Tonight my husband and I observed all the employees hustling. They were all happy, doing a great job and going out of their way. Jonathan served us and was pleasant. The place was CLEAN! I came here to leave a review and saw 3 stars I was shocked. Then I spoke to the manager who was very pleasant herself. Monica I think is her name. The food, needless to say, was fantastic as always. I just really appreciated the experience. I hate going to a restaurant and the workers are lazy, miserable, dressed sloppy and they don't care. This was refreshing.

ilora i believe here name is, the pretty black girl with the bun working in the front is an absolute sweetheart, great hospitality, great service and she gave us some extra sauces! this girl deserves a raise!! 👏🏻

Even though they appear to be short-staffed never seen more than three people at any one time to run drive-thru front counter and cook they get you as quickly as possible and are always super friendly food seems to be made in smaller than normal batches meaning it's constantly being replenished and is always fresh
The experience that I had was good. The food was basic. However the customer service I received from Jamie L was great.Very patient as I ordered and suggested meal options.

I often come to this panda express as it is my local one. The food is usually what you'd expect from a fast food places, subpar. The worst part though, is the service I often get helped by Eva and let me tell you she is rotten! She is always so rude and disrespectful and often messes up our order or we are missing something from our order.

I ordered the double beef broccoli, but what I received was double broccoli, no beef. Extremely disappointing. When I brought it up to the restaurant, they just brushed it off like nothing was wrong. If I wanted only broccoli, I would have ordered a veggie dish. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience.

I visit this store at least weekly and have never had a bad experience. The serving size is almost too much for me, and the food has always been good. Faye was my server and she was polite and efficient.
