Please don't eat here. The rice was so bad the food is horrible. So sad this is my second bad experience with this restaurant. It want be a third. Please please stay away from this place.

I went to this location for dinner in hope of a delicious meal. Not impressed- missing a lot of favor and was waiting 15 minutes for food to be cooked. Another issue I notice was the employees aren’t really team players! Which means there’s no communication- makes the whole experience to dine in or take out a really bad one. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Long wait, 20 people working in there but NO FOOD? The Lomein looked like veggies with a side of lomein and it looked hard. I watched them make a few plates and the portions are SMALL. I waited 5 minutes for the chicken and mushrooms and eventually just LEFT! This restuarant is too new to have this many issues. The franchise owner needs to make a visit. I'll just drive 10 mins to the Bloomingdale location.Update 3/12/24: I have never done this before and was curious to see what I said in my review about this location 4 YEARS AGO! But clearly nothing has changed. I went in today at 1:45 pm on a Tuesday and guess what? 2 customers in there(together) and no food! Asked how long for Lo-Mein and response “OH 5 MINUTES.” I walked out! WHY IS THERE A 5 minutes wait on ANYTHING during lunch time at a EMPTY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT? I didn’t ask for anything special, I was looking for what’s supposed to be out there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! But not before I report this to corporate!

Poor service. Ran out of fried rice and lots of the main dishes. The Cook burnt the teriyaki chicken then had to throw that batch away and start over. Waited 35 minutes for food and then it was about 1/2 portions. No one seemed to be in charge. Not sure how they got so bad as they used to be a good place to eat. Won’t be going back.

I have noticed that if you go through the Drive thru at this Panda location they will not give you enough food on a Big Plate. This is the LAST time in coming to this Panda ! Thats all the Orange Chicken???? Seriously?????

This used to be my favorite place since moving here. Even did a review on them on instagram and had, the official panda express account right back to me. Absolutely disgusted and mortified. Half way eating through my food i found a bug in it. I called the store up and, the woman could care less.

I had to wait a while just for a large broccoli beef. I didn’t mind wait if they had to cook more but come to find out they couldn’t find their cook and to add insult to injury I didn’t get a filled large container. Plus they had the nerve to tell me it was fresh when the food was brought to my car. I was already home when I opened my food but if I had checked before hand I would’ve asked for a refund. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Took over 25mins to receive teriyaki chicken, cashier told us to pull over into a lane and wait a few minutes for the walnut shrimp .. so we parked and we continued sitting there watching over 15 cars pull off with food. We had to go in 2xs to see wha the hold up was. The 1st time we went in the cashier said oh yeah sorry it’s the teriyaki chicken. The 2nd time my husband went in and the manager said we ran out of , what do you want me to tell you? He didnt even apologize or anything. This seems to be consistent here, management needs to get stronger with inventory and teach staff to communicate better with the customers. Next time we will just go to a restaurant.
