Ordered 2 bowls of soup to go. $9.00 each and I received 2 cups of soup and no baguettes in the bag when I got home. So over $20 and didn’t even get the quantity of 1 bowl of soup.

Worker was rude and disrespectful. I am hard of hearing with a hearing aid. I ordered through the kiosk and then asked the worker a question about bread options. She spoke with her head down and quietly. I asked her to repeat herself so that I can hear and she yelled with an attitude to ask someone else. I will not be supporting this franchise again. Management did nothing.

The coffee were cold, my bagel egg cheese and bacon was horrible! The egg was like plastic ! Why not add butter to your bread if asked for? What is the issue here? The whole experience was horrible

I love Panera! Sometimes you just need some hot soup & half a sandwich on the chilly days, & Panera has the best !
Okay, the first time they did this I forgave them. But this is the second time now that I get a sandwich with avocado and the avocado is brown. It is very clear that it’s not a good avocado piece so I’m not understanding why it would still be put on my sandwich.

I still can’t believe Panera bread does not label their menu with gluten-free options in this day and age. 20% of the population eats gluten-free and the people who work here don’t know which of their products are gluten-free. Makes it very difficult for my husband and I to go out to lunch because he loves Panera and I can’t find anything to eat. Get with the program.
