This Panera is not like the others the service is not good at all. If you come in after 8:40 everything is already wrapped up and ready to close. The store is supposed to close at 9 but the staff closes early. They leave the door open but they have everything put up and will refuse to make you coffee even if you’re part of the sip club. Today Leyla told me that unfortunately she couldn’t make the coffee because she would be making half a pot and that would be wasting coffee.
I miss my old Panera store so much!

This Panera Bread is Fantasic. Their Italiano sandwich is delicious. I suggest you all try it. I’ve never had a problem at this location. The lady cashiers are beautiful. Automatic 5 stars. I enjoy walking in to Panera and being greeted by such lovely smiles. Everything seems Clean to me. Don’t typically write reviews but I want to encourage everyone to meet the beautiful lady cashiers.

As a regular customer at Panera Bread, I have to commend the three amazing girls who consistently go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. They always greet me with genuine smiles and remember my usual orders, which makes me feel valued and appreciated. Ama, Chrismeily and Anyssa she always . No matter how busy it gets, they handle everything with efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. Went to pick up order walked in asked the girl at the desk if I was picking up my order where it be gave her my name she looked in front of her and said it should be out soon then went back to looking like she hates her life in customer service and I ended up walking to the pick up spot I saw and sure enough my order is sitting right there ready everyone is tired of the mediocrity when it comes to customer service since 2020

Do not order the bacon egg and cheese croissant! Worst breakfast sandwich ever. Just go to McDonalds and save money on a better breakfast sandwich. Was like eating cardboard. Had bacon in one bite.

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered chicken noodle soup on Uber Eats and received all broth with nothing else in it. No noodles, chicken, veggies or anything. Panera is way too overpriced to give such bad quality/service. Rename it broth instead if that’s all you’re giving out.

I just would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Alex. There was an issue with a delivery order (Door Dash was the issue) and Alex and his manager went above and beyond to rectify it and make it right. Thank you Alex !

This is the worst Panera location I’ve been to. The whole building smells and the music is way too loud making it hard to work from. The food is cold and the bread is stale when I approached employees about the food their response was “We have a microwave right there”. I understand this is a chain restaurant and quality won’t always be the best but just a little effort would be nice. This location is continently located for me and I drive out of my way to go to a different Panera because this location is so bad. Just save the money and go somewhere else.
