I’ve been going to this Papa John’s and haven’t ever had a problem until I had guessed over that required me to need a pizza with half cheese and half no cheese. This Papa John’s was unwilling to put cheese on only half of the pizza. They said I would have to order a pizza with no cheese and a pizza with cheese if I want it half-and-half so I drove all the way 30 minutes away to go get a pizza done the way I needed it to be done very surprised and frustrated. They couldn’t accommodate a pizza with half cheese and half no cheese the manager. Katie was also rude and walked away while I was asking could she accommodate

This store seriously needs a new crew for your closing shift. Being incompetent when a person makes a SIMPLE request for the sauces not to go inside of the pizza box is completely unexplainable. The girl manaager that works the closing shift sjounds like a child and talk and handles customers with an nasty attirude. I'm sure I would get a different reaction in person but being I order for delivery and I call the store to make a comment about my order I'm always met with this lady who can't understand basic requests. Do yourself a favor and go back through training. When you speak on the phone every customer you get you should conduct yourself like you're speaking to coperate dingbat. Saying “WHAT?!” to a guest calling to ask for sauces inside of a bag inside of the box is basic understanding dingbat.

Got a delivery yesterday, called after placing my order online. My son was in the NICU for 2 months and has cmpa on top of everything else going on and I've been dairy free for 3 months. I talked constantly about the first bit of dairy I want as soon as I get the go ahead from my son's GI team is going to be pizza! It's my favorite food. The team went above and beyond to make this the best pizza for me! Unfortunately my son ended up needing me the moment I got my delivery and I didn't get to eat it fresh but it was still good cold! Thank you guys for the extra care! We love papa Johns! Here's a pic of my NICU baby for tax!

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a customer service worker in my life. Jess was absolutely nasty, rude, and completely out of line. Her attitude was disgusting and her tone was beyond disrespectful from the moment I walked in. It was clear she had no interest in helping anyone and seemed more focused on being miserable than doing her job.

If this is the kind of person Papa John’s allows to represent their brand, that says a lot. She has no business working in customer service. I wouldn’t spend another dollar here unless serious changes are made. Management needs to take this seriously—because people like Jess drive customers away.

My credit card 💳 was charged 3 tes for 1 order. I went back in to tell the girl that gave me my pizza 🍕 and she went to the back to tell the manager. The manager DIDN'T even come out and introduce themselves or address the problem 🙄. Per the manager, it happens a lot, and the charges 🙄 SHOULD drop off!!!!

The best Papa John’s! Jess at the front desk is AMAZING! She saved my night! It was the 4th of July so they were slammed and I had a bunch of kids waiting at home hungry and I had ordered the wrong amount of pizzas accidentally, I was shy one cheese pizza. She made it within 8 minutes and didn’t charge me for it! Jess and all of their staff are truly amazing people! The pizzas are always great quality, it’s why we order there almost every Friday!

Ask for light sauce, and it's like they put more, delivery driver rang the the door bell and banged on the door like the police, the driver drives a blue jeep , I'm done with rudeness and poor quality foods

Ordered delivery, found 3 black hairs in our food. Tried to call and complain and it’s all automated. Can’t speak to real person, definitely getting a bad review. Pizza was under cooked and had multiple hairs on it. So much for hairnets, absolutely disgusting. Can’t even call and complain and get a human on the phone. I would never ever recommend doing business here they sold out to AI.
