when i order i pizza from papa johns website i expect them to deliver it not doordash. i live less than 2 blocks like 1 min away from store and got to watch the deliver map as doordash driver drove miles all over the place doing deliveries then shows up with my box open and a cold pizza he had no pizza bag and he left my pizza in his trunk.

Tried to order one of their specials only to be told that they are up charging because the location has a policy of $18 minimum. Defeats the purpose of having a special. What a joke. Unless you’re going to order something not a special don’t bother.
Ordered tonight for a co-worker & her family who just unexpectedly lost her husband. Pizza was delivered but not the sodas. Called in and was told they would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. An hour later, they still weren’t there. I called back in and they told me they would send them “now”. When I expressed that I just wanted a refund for the sodas- because it had been almost an hour since the pizza was delivered the girl on the phone was rude and I could hear her yelling to the “driver” not to take the sodas. She was short and nasty when I explained that I just wanted a refund. I asked if I would receive a new receipt because it was on a company card she said it would be on my bank statement. I again said it was a company card and she told me unless I came in for a receipt I wouldn’t get one. Just overall frustrated at the situation, and terrible customer service.

Worst pizza of my life. I regularly order pizza with onions and margarita sauce and this time they made it worst. It’s literally hard all onions are not baked and they didn’t even put cheese on my pizza. I am really disappointed.

Absolutely useless! Couldn't get one pizza order right. Had to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza, and now my toddler went to bed hungry. I will never do business there again. Will go find another weekly pizza place.

I have run out of patience with Papa Johns! The quality of the food I have received gets worse every time! I pay entirely too much money to receive burned food. Burned food every time? The wings had sauce that was poured on it and not baked into it. Maybe the crew that works here does not really want to be there. I have been disappointed for the last time! Maybe Pizza Hut will appreciate me more. Sincerely, get someone else to eat it!
