We ordered two large pizzas. I drove in to pick it up so I did not leave a tip. It was $50 total upon arrival. The girl in the back with the blonde hair was making comments while looking at me after I gave them my name and order; possibly because I did not tip Or because I’m Beautifully made, who knows maybe I’m just perceiving it wrong. The pizza itself was a little undercooked we cooked when we got home but other than that, everything was great

My daughter was given a Papa Johns drawing at her school for Valentine's Day so she could color it and deliver it to a store to win a free cheese pizza and my girl was super happy and loved the pizza. The pizza was delicious and fresh, thank you so much for making my little girl's day happy.

Love eating at papa johns but they are getting crazy with their portions! Paid $12 for this! This is ridiculous!! They have great pizza compared to other brands but they will scam you out of the pasta!

I was at this location doing a pickup for DoorDash and watched the employee handle cash at the register handle some of the boxes and then proceed to prepare a pizza with no gloves on. He never washed his hands and he almost dropped the cheese for the stuffed crust on th floor. That was completely unsanitary. Please be aware, if you ever get sick from this location, you now know the reason why.

9:11 EST on November 29th year of our Lord 2024. The customer service and food tonight at this time was horrendous. I placed an order for pick up, got home to find that my pizza was not even cut and the order was wrong. In fact it was so wrong you had to have read the order backwards and in mandarin to even create the end result that was handed to me. I called and the girl on the phone this night (she has the worst customer service), walked me through ordering a new pizza. They kindly had it delivered to me and it turns out the order is STILL wrong. Your staff is either high, mentally disabled, or both(probably this option). I will say, the delivery driver was great and sweet. It’s not her fault the girl on the phone (who should be fired for incompetence) cannot do her job. I will never be back and I will make it my mission to have my friends and family never order here or any Papa John’s ever again. Look at the attached photo. What the hell even is this that was handed to me.

I would leave zero stars simple facts in a few points 1. I should not get a call center for a local pizza location and have to deal with a AI thing to ask for a representative your not a massive location your individual locations so thanks but no thanks there is enough of that in the world already 2. When I ask if the person I'm speaking to is in store they shouldn't lie and say yes they are after I asked for a second time
3. Your a lo al pizza place be lo al it's why I have always order from yall it's local fast and fresh
4. I am now waiting for a pizza from a different chain that still has real local people who answer the phone at more then double the wait time
So just saying you have lost a 20 year customer due to your walmart self check out call ahead AI and none local employees which I regret because I love your products but I will never order from yall again

People are friendly and orders timely. This NY style pizza they advertise is wrong. No cheese and so much tomato sauce that’s not cooked down. No cheese at all. No gooey pull or anything. Just tomato! Pepperoni was adequate and crust thin, but looks nothing like what’s advertised. Waste of time and $$ when I could have ordered from a competitor who advertises and delivers as advertised ?♂️
