3 1/2 HOURS FOR ONE PIZZA!!! DISAPPOINTED. 😤 I ordered a Extra cheese pizza and Lava cakes. I got the lava cakes and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. We don't eat meat. I called to get a new pizza. Damien was who I spoke with. We originally ordered at 9:40 pm. First pizza came at 10:30pm. Called right after and Damien tried to talk us into just a refund or credit saying they only had 4 drivers and it would be an hour before they could get another pizza out there. I said I rather get a new pizza. Didn't seem apologetic or even cared. Waited till 12:30 an hour and half later. Called again to see where the pizza was. WE LIVE 10 MINS FROM THE STORE! Damien answered and again didn't seemed too concern. Said, oh, they are out with your pizza but they have some deliveries ahead of you. It's going to be another 15 mins. Making it a 2 hour, wait, not counting the original wait for the first pizza. I then started to get a little angry because I have managed pizza places when I was younger for about 8 years. I understand not having enough drivers but if you messed up somebody's order, that person would go back to the store, get the order and come back out. I explained that was ridiculous and who wants to eat dinner at 1am at night. I asked for his name and said, I would call up to speak to a manager tomorrow. I tipped the first driver $7.50 and was going to tip the second driver another $3 dollars because it was wasn't his fault. Food finally arrived at 1am. I immediately answered the door and saw the pizza sitting on the ground. The driver, nowhere to be found and when I checked my security cameras, they ran up, dropped it and ran away. I guess the driver didn't care about customer service so he missed his tip. This whole scenario is super bad customer service. So many missed opportunities to give good customer service. I hope the store manager sees this and really drives home to his staff the point that it shouldn't have taken that long to get a new pizza out. That mess up deliveries come first before the new orders. 🤦♀️

This location is under new management. The new General Manager is working hard to get this culture in this store back to what Papa John's is known for, amazing customer service and fantastic quality pizzas. she is super friendly and willing to hear any feedback customers have.

When they first opened all of the food we recieved was fresh and very quick to be recieved whether it be delivery or take out. I've ordered delivery twice in the last month for a specific time and both orders were 20 to 30 minutes late. The first time I called their location and asked for an update and was informed that delivery is with Doordash and if they don't have drivers assignrd the food sits there. Both times the food wasn't hot. Im pretty disappointed in general and wish that there was another solution for this reoccurring problem.

This Papa Johns is a great location for all your pizza needs! I used to visit the one off Progress Boulevard whenever I'm visiting Florida but am making this my new go-to; JJ brought a new experience to the Progress store when he joined. I was more than happy to follow him to this location when I found out he moved stores! Dude even took time to write a note thanking me for my visit & reminding me that I need to download that dang app! Can't wait to visit next time I'm in town 😄
It was a very nice trip I did come in late but the to closing managers were very nice about it and helped me despite them closing soon I really appreciate that
