My husband, uncle, myself, and five-month old went here for a late lunch. It was my baby's first restaurant visit. My uncle and his family come here often and spoke highly of the food and service- they were spot on! We ordered from the lunch menu, ginger sauce stir fry and a drunken noodle, my uncle ordered massaman curry which was not on the lunch menu. My husband and I ordered Thai hot, as we are both lovers of spice.
First, the bags of gold are fantastic. I did not have super high expectations of a fried dumpling but this was juicy, full of well seasoned meat, and had a light and nice crunch. The ginger sauce was delicious, while I could have eaten spicier, it had a pleasant level of heat. The veggies were tender crisp and the rice was fresh. The presentation was also great!
Finally, we ordered the mango sticky rice as this is something hard to get back home. Oh my gosh. Perfect!
The service was excellent and kind - especially as we were there so close to the end of lunch window. I can't wait to come back when we visit family again!

Payaathai Is the absolute BEST Thai food restaurant in Riberview, FL hands down first and first and foremost, but it’s actually the BEST IN TAMPA and the Bay Area. I have gone to dine in numerous times the service is top tier, beautiful ambience and ALWAYS FRESH and DELICIOUS FOOD. I have had the basil sauce, garlic sauce, mixed veggies all with the rice on the side, pad thai, N3. Drunken Noodle, C3. Panang Curry; (all with chicken) curry puffs, spring rolls, calamari, and the list goes on. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel so welcomed. I love to dine here or they have my business for LIFE.

Payaathai Cuisine is a fantastic spot for both small and large gatherings. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of space to accommodate any size group. The food is nothing short of amazing—authentic, fresh, and packed with flavor. From the moment you step in, the staff greets you with friendly service, making you feel right at home.
The menu offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, making it hard to choose just one! We started our meal with a pork bun appetizer, which was the perfect introduction to our dining experience. I opted for the Sweet Sausage Fried Rice, which was absolutely incredible, while my girlfriend chose the Cashew Chicken, which she adored. Both dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were spot on.
Overall, everything from the food to the service was just perfect. Payaathai is definitely going to be our go-to Thai restaurant from now on! Highly recommended.
It’s my third time ordering from the restaurant. I don’t like to leave reviews until I tried the restaurant a few times, so here we go. The food is decent. Not great, not horrible. Weirdly they serve their Pad Thai with lemon, not a lime. Also the plastic fork they give you is garbage, you can see in the picture, you can’t even pick up food with it, it just bends and then breaks. So make sure you got your own utensils other wise you gonna eat with your hands. Before I ordered the first time I had read a review from someone else that the sauce taste strange like a packaged sauce, and I do have to agree, it does have a strange flavor to it. Not bad, just doesn’t taste like authentic Pad Thai. I also ordered the TomYum soup, which I had to slurp out of the plastic cup now since there is no spoon and I’m the process of moving and did not have one handy. The soup is not sour enough. Tastes a bit bland. Tastes more like a regular broth, not Tom Yum. So I’m overall it’s alright food I guess. For me it was the last time ordering food from there.

Ordered carry out tonight, chicken and mixed vegetables, with spice on the side. It was delicious! I’ve been looking for a decent Thai restaurant ever since Thai Expressed closed. Fresh chicken with perfectly cooked veggies. The sauce is sweeter, but it’s so good. I’ll definitely be returning to try other dishes. Highly recommend!
