The Bun Bo Hue is “Americanized” and lacks the authentic full ingredients. They should at least offer the authentic version and a scaled down version for those who can’t stomach “real” Vietnamese food.
This is my favorite place to go to get pho. I usually get the ribeye pho, which is rich and wonderfully flavorful. I also get a bao bun which I find absolutely delicious. Thank you for such deliciousness every time I come.
This place delivers some seriously good Vietnamese food, but the pho is the clear standout. The broth is packed with flavor — rich, aromatic, and exactly what you want when you sit down for a bowl of pho done right. The noodles, herbs, and cuts of meat all came together perfectly, making it one of the most satisfying bowls I’ve had in the area.
If you’re craving Vietnamese comfort food, this spot is an easy recommendation. The pho alone is worth the drive.
