Was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. Was told that it would be another 5 minutes when I came back. I had already waited 20 minutes before I even left my house.

Everytime I come when I ask for a side of sauce to pay extra for they allow me to but today 1/9/26 at 3:45pm i went in asking for one and the guy tells me no i can’t buy no sauce and this is the same guy that charged me for a pizza that was supposed to be free with my points everytime i go he gives me a hard time but NOBODY else gives me a hard time when i want to buy extra sauce but the guy there today sure does i will no longer be coming this this Pizza Hut

Google and official Pizza Hut website hours state closing time is 11pm on Sundays. We pulled up at 9:54PM to pick up our order and the lights were off. When they saw us they turned on the lights and said they close at 10pm on Sundays. If thats the case then please change your hours online so everyone's aware.
Also, we asked for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce..

The pizza arrived thirty minutes after the confirmed time.

The “Manger of Pizza Hut” would not provide his name when I asked about missing items from the order, and took no ownership for the order being delivered late with missing items.

Additionally, they’re outsourcing to companies that hire people that don’t speak English which makes it hard for them to receive help when they are lost.

“Shout out to Josh! I use to be a manager at Pizza Hut back in the 90s and It’s great to see some young people still having amazing work ethic nowadays that’s hard to find. Came in on a Friday and I know how crazy those can be, he was respectful, took his time to step away from the kitchen just to greet me when I walked in, overall amazing customer service from him. Manager potential, and give that kid a raise! Thank you Josh!!”

So tonight I asked Nick for my pizza cooked slightly longer and wings well done. I get my order and per usual it was not cooked the way that I asked (nicely). Josh who was at the counter remade my wings and they still were not crisp. So what he did he per my request he placed them back in for a few more minutes with the sauce on because I didn’t want him to make another batch. When he removed them from the oven they were cooked perfect with a nice crisp texture!!! Thank you Josh for being so kind and patient. You did an exceptional job. This is how ALL Pizza Hut employees should display courtesy, kindness and professionalism. My food is delicious you are a TRUE ASSET to PIZZA HUT and I hope that you are working when I decide to order again!! Thank you!!! I only had a few wings left to show lol I almost ate them all before writing my review they’re soooo good!! The pizza was delicious too!!!

Was alittle disappointed, and Iam not one to complain, but order a large cheese pizza , nothing crazy . Was under cooked and doughy, tasted bad .. I hope just a bad day . But rly tasted bad too .. for Pizza Hut

Employees are super slow ever time I come to pick up for DoorDash. U have to wait atleast 20 minutes every time. The girl at the front is slow, does not talk loud enough to hear her and does not great you.

Never again Pizza Hut. I was delivered the wrong order and couldn’t get someone on the phone at the store just the call center. I had to go on the live chat to be told I’ll get a response in business days. On top of that the pizza I didn’t order was overcooked and just looked gross and cold. It took over an hour to be delivered wrong lol. You all don’t have to worry about me ordering from you. One less customer to deal with.

Ordered 2 days prior for 7 pizzas to pick up at 11:45am. Arrived right at 11:45am and was missing 1 pizza. Took 30min to get me the missing pizza severely cutting into my scheduled lunch for the office.
