Really great closing crew in there on Wednesday. They were so great when I came in to pick up my pizza late at night. It's made perfectly and the lady was so perfect to verify my order with me and make sure we have all our sauces. They were having a good time and there and still getting orders perfect. Will always be coming to this pizza hut. We tipped 20% cause they did such a good job

I went ahead and order on the app. It took them more than an hour and a half mind you it’s 8 o’clock at night shouldn’t be a rush. I called and asked about my pizza and the delivery was just running late to give him 10 minutes so I did my order was supposed to be delivered at 9:08. It was already 9:30 came to the shop and everyone was smoking weed/mariguana outside. My order was never found. There was never a delivery. It was never made. also was told that my money couldn’t be refunded. So now I’m here no pizza and 45 dollars plus 10 of tip taken away from me. It was a long day of work kids are hungry if they would’ve been honest with me in the beginning, none of this would’ve happened. It’s 10pm and now mad and hungry….. came back to add that the gentleman at the front desk just went ahead and redid my order and made it as soon as possible if it wasn’t for Wayne! I would never come back

My first time in the location, I stood in there for at least 45 minutes just for my hut box. No one had on gloves or hair nets and it was so unprofessional. Drivers in and out the cash register ? I want to cnxl my order but paid with my credit card. This is my last time ever coming here.

This pizza hut got my order completely screwed up. I ordered Pizza and wings, and when I got there to pick up the order, the wings were not there, and found out they gave them to someone else. I was told I would have to wait 20 more minutes, which I did not want to do. I requested the pizza cut in squares and it was not. Not rocket science people. Follow order instructions and deliver. There are many options of places to get pizza.
the workers think they’re too good to answer the phones. they rather let them sit there and ring for 10 plus minutes and force someone to waste time calling, just to force them to place an order online so they don’t have to do any actual work. they are LAZY, entitled and rude as hell!

I ordered a carry out pizza with bread sticks. The cashier was expecting tip, asking that I needed to sign the receipt. Immediately after I signed it, she reviewed the tip section, noticed it was empty and threw the receipt away. She told the pizza-guy to "dash out the order".
She went to the back and never got back to the front (while I was there) even after my order was ready. The pizza guy had to come over and give me the order.
Terrible service by the cashier....
It's a carry out from fast food... What do you expect? 20% tip? Just do your job... If you are not happy with the pay, work yourself out of it (like we all do).
