⭐☆☆☆☆ I paid for a Large BBQ Beef Brisket Original Pan® Pizza with extra brisket and extra cheese, plus a 2-liter Pepsi. My total was $32.55, which included a $2.27 team tip paid in the store.
When I picked it up, the pizza was not hot, the cheese was barely melted, and I did not receive the extra brisket I paid for. It was obvious the pizza had not been left in the oven long enough. When you order double cheese, it requires additional cook time, and that clearly didn’t happen here.
This was very disappointing, especially given the price. I won’t be spending money here again — I’ll be using my remaining reward points for free food and then taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered pizza at 5:45, to be delivered by 6:30. It's now 7:00 and the delivery person (some poor doordasher, because pizza hut doesn't even do their own deliveries anymore) hasn't even gotten my order yet. Won't be bothering with pizza hut again.

Food was hot, that's all I can say. To be fair, this dining room did just open, but the tables were dirty, the door windows were filthy. The staff was doing nothing. We had to ask for drinks after we ordered because the staff member didn't ask us. My mom had to ask for sauce for wings. After the wings came. Ridiculous. Not a great experience. Not recommended.

I came in to order pizzas for my entire community meeting on Sunday. Prepay. I turned around and left. The older person (I would say gentlemen but that he was not). He treated 2 what I assume as DoorDash Delivery People due to their bags, like they were garbage. He is tattooed up and almost bald very rude. I will not be back for a while. Went to Mario’s. So shocked at how he treated people who are trying to help
