Love when I get told my order is ready and have my roommate go to pick up to only be told another 30 minutes. When told she drove 45 minutes here that’s ridiculous she gets “well where did you drive from?”
Does that even matter? It says my order is ready (it’s apparently not) and you have nothing else to do but question where we came from? Like it changed anything. I called for a manager and was refused. Whoever is working the counter shouldn’t be in customer service.
