Took our over the counter order, told us 30min. At 30min, told us 20 more min. After 30 min, gave a refund saying they ran out of pizza. Decided to speak with the manager, while waited I witnessed another customer walk in and placed the same order and the lady told him 30 min it'll be ready. That customer walked outside and the next customer walked up asking about his order, and the lady told him they JUST can out of pizza and gave him a refund. Long story short. We waited an hr, watching others walking in and out with pizza, just to be told they ran out of pizza while other customers ordered after us and receiving there pizzas. Why continue to take orders, make your customers wait an hr just to give refunds. As well as picking and choosing who your gonna serve?
Hannah is the best part of this institution in Riverview. Observe the gentleman in the back sitting there doing nothing putting his head down while Hannah ran around “yes sir, and no ma’am-ing” everybody. I will return because of Hannah, but it is terrible to see somebody being completely lazy while one person does all the other work
The employee which was a young woman was rude. When I went into the store she never acknowledged me. I waited about 12 minutes, when she came to the front carrying 2 pizzas and just left them on the counter and walked back. She never asked me what my order was. She was wearing headphones. She has a bad attitude with customers.
