The location is convenient and the food has been hot and fresh both times I’ve ordered. However, I’m not sure what happened with my order today. I only ordered breadsticks and although they were hot and fresh I guess they decided not to cut them. Is this how Pizza Hut serves their breadsticks now? 🥺

Terrible. Ordered food put the wrong address in. 1 number off call the store. Get placed on hold 1st time. Call back and was getting some where to just get my refund. Driver was lying saying he delived to the address I put in, but it does not exist. When asked for a refund I was hungry up on.

Took nearly 3 hours and whenever I called to check on my order they either didn't answer finally got here and they got my order wrong left off toppings will never be ordering from here again

We waited 3 hours for a delivery that was supposed to take 86 minutes. We called several times, were hung up on multiple times, told once that our order was out for delivery, then we called back half an hour later and were told that they were out of cupped pepperoni and asked if regular pepperoni is OK.
All of that and they "may" cancel the order and refund the card in 3-5 business days.
Total clowns.

We have been coming here for a while but tonight was terrible. Order pizza at 5:45, arrived at 7:05 to be told they are just starting to cook it. Waited another 10 minutes to get a phone call while waiting in the Pizza Hut from their kitchen telling me they ran out of small pepperoni did I want something else. “But you just told me it was cooking?” The girl up front had a bad attitude which did not help matters. People, if you are running behind just be honest. It will go a long way. Eventually got my pizza at 7:35 without a sorry or anything. Customer Service is hideous!!

Update: after posting my review the manager send me an email stating that he put a $30 credit on my Pizza Hut account. However when I went to order pizza the next week the $30 credit was not there, I replied to his email informing him that the credit was not there and he has yet to respond.
