I just moved down from Virginia and needed to find a new favorite pizza spot. I stumbled upon PapaVola's today and found my new fav. I had a fantastic experience at PapaVola’s! The service was fast and friendly from start to finish, and the pizza was absolutely delicious—authentic flavor with the perfect balance of fresh ingredients. The staff, Miguel and Logan were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the visit feel personal and inviting. Highly recommend PapaVola’s if you’re looking for great food and genuine hospitality!

Horrible service! I love local and small business but this is ridiculous. After waiting 1:45 for delivery with no call I called them and only get an answering machine. They originally said 45 min to an hour for delivery.

I was serve chicken wings that probably were in the fryer for five minutes. I drove all the way home and these chicken wings are literally like cold like rubber RAW CHICKEN !!!!!!!! NO THANKS like you would buy them from the grocery store. I’m in the medical field and why would you serve somebody uncooked chicken from an establishment? Beware that’s how I received my 10 garlic Parm chicken wings raw I can include a picture For whoever would like a request 😩😩😩😩🙄🙄🤦♀️🤦♀️

This is the second time I've run into this mess. I order pizza online on a work day during work hours, and in the end it turns out they're not working. No one picks up the phone, and I'm left hungry with my kids.

terrible service, although the pizza is delicious. We have ordered online several times (we pay - we wait an hour and a half and no one picks up the phone) in the end, they say, but we don't work! You write off money and don't work

We ordered delivery. Restaurant was only 8 min away but food arrived ice cold. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan and got some type of kids sub sandwich without any sauce. We ordered $$$ and the only edible parts were the salads. Don't order from here.

Fresh ingredients. However in what worlds is the Large Grandma pie thin crust? Its as thick as digiorno. Grand ma thick. Alsohave to eat the pizza hot. The pizza gets worse when its cold.

I ordered the Tampa Bay Bucs Special today which online (mobile site) states includes a large cheese pizza, order of wings, and choice of 2 liter soda for $25.99. When I picked it up I told the young lady at the front counter the wings were missing, she checks the order and tells me it doesn't come with wings. I thought I made a mistake but re-reviewed their mobile website and sure enough I was right. I walked back in and told the same young lady showing her the stores error and she looks at me like an idiot, doesn't apologize, and simply says "well, were outta wings". I wait a moment hoping she would perhaps change the price or at least offer something some food item in place but she just looks at me like I'm in the wrong. Pure garbage customer service...I've been here a few times before but this time will be my last.
Just ordered a chicken parm sub, so small compared to past several orders. Disappointing, the wife's steak n cheese was twice the size. Do better I r will never order again. Tasteless as well.

I wanted to try some of their specialty pizza toppings by ordering a half-and-half pie, but after three different excuses about why they couldn’t accommodate my choices, I gave up and just ordered a full Margherita pizza. The large pizza, which was more the size of a medium, cost $30. As for the "fresh tomatoes" everyone raves about – they’re clearly canned, just covered up with spices. The dough was equally disappointing. Honestly, I don’t see why anyone would waste their time here when there are so many better pizzerias around.
Never had an issue about ordering a half and half pie in my lifetime. That first experience honestly ticked me off.

Normally pizzas come with sauce so I was under the impression that this one would also. Why would you have to tell a pizza place to include pizza sauce? I could see requesting it remove but not added. So I received a meat lovers pizza with no sauce. This is ridiculous!!!! I’m so upset trying to eat a dry meat lovers pizza. WOW!
