Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location always takes forever to deliver even though the staff is efficient,. professional and seemed to be working hard. Definitely understaffed. I hope management is listening and takes action. I love Popeyes but not coming back until lines become shorter.

The absolute worse service on the planet. Zero communication. The workers couldn't care less. Always out of something. Not enough staff. I just wasted 20 minutes stuck in line to be told we don't have any spicy tenders. Then I ask for spicy drumsticks. Yep nope. This is not the first, second or third time the exact thing has happened. Absolutely deplorable service.

DONT GO HERE. Find another Popeyes. This is quite frankly the worst food place in town. I stood their for 20 minutes, and no one even acknowledged me. I asked for the online order and was told it must have been misplaced. I observed others coming in to retrieve their online orders. I also observed another person bringing back her chicken that was still raw inside. I was so disgusted I received a refund.

Worst service ever. 9 people waiting for food and no employees show any concern. Went to counter to check. After 30 mins they have to drop the 8 tenders and cook them.

Service was alright and the person was a rude so I KNEW the food was gonna be great

The employees here are terrible. I went through the drive through and began to order. After I ordered the first meal the employee started rattling off what I had ordered not even asking me if I want to add anything. I tell her there is more to my order and she goes “HOLD ON” and has another employee take the rest of my order. When I get my order I go through the bag to make sure everything is correct. BIG SURPRISE IT WASNT. They gave me the WRONG combo and didn’t include one of my sides. I go into the lobby and hear the employees say “why did y’all open the lobby”. And when I ask them to correct my food the girl goes behind the heating rack where the food is and says “I would never eat that”?? I’ve never had a worse customer service experience in my life.

This Popeyes is the most ghetto Popeyes I have ever been to in my life. They never have what you want. How don’t you have biscuits at Popeyes on a Sunday. The staff is ghetto as all hell and it looks dirty. So disappointed ewh.

Why be open if you have no food? No chicken tenders? No cole slaw? Not even close to closing. No excuse. The employees hate their jobs and it shows. Upon receiving what food I did order the skin was barely on the chicken and the pieces were tiny! There is a PDQ across the street that I will be going to from now on, or even Culver’s. This is a joke of an establishment and if it was my franchise I would learn to hire better staff.

If you need a General Manager to assist let me know, I’d be happy to restaff and retrain your building.

This place is the worst location there is... they will scam you.. they'll over charge you for stuff and not give a receipt.... then get upset when you ask for one... just FYI they will take pictures of your credit card...
