Unfortunately this is my second time eating there and both times the rice was really salty to the point that you can’t eat it. I only ate the chicken with the cheese. The first time was the rice and the chips, I don’t know what it’s going on, but I will skip for now eating there. Not recommended for people with high blood pressure.

I ordered a chicken bowl with a side of salsa and chips. The chicken bowl was bland, the salsa tasted like only tomatoes, and the chips were ok. This is my second time eating here. The first time the food was good, but this was a disappointment. Maybe there is a new cook.

I order the same thing every time, why would the total charge be different???? District manager/owner was extremely helpful one time as he explained the process to the service staff. However, it extremely frustrating when he’s not there.

Could the worker with the dreads put on a hat or hair when working over the food. And tell him not to come to work so high that he moves in slow motion and can't open his eyes or speak coherently. Out of multiple items on the line, not ready yet. Pretty shabby service

Customer service was very rude, teens running the place at night. Gave us 2 pieces of lettuce, litteraly, to get our reaction. Once we said something he got angry and started throwing everything into the bowl angrily because he had to get new lettuce. He threw guac on and it missed the bowl, then picked it up and put it back in the bowl. I was very disappointed as this was our first time trying Qdoba, as we usually go to Chipotle or Tijuana Flats. On top of that he was very disrespectful towards us and we didnt feel welcome. We are also given very tiny amounts of everything which made it disastisfying as much as disappointing. We also paid 25 dollars for it and my father lost his appetite over the ordeal. All in all, it isnt a good look for the place.

I thought ordering shrimp tacos would be safe. My toppings were thrown on without thought, which ended up being messy. The shrimp were very tough. I was very disappointed.
I don't know if they were closing or not, but everything I was given was from bottom of my pan.I asked for hot and sweet chicken bowl, they scraped the bottom of the one I wanted and mixed it with one they wanted me to have..it was just awful.. then, everything was cold.Never again..

The place had a good atmosphere and I enjoyed that but the food was extremely basic basically not flavorful at all it was just a bunch of different corn and beans etc but nothing made the place special it was just basic stuff mixed together and personally it's not for me anymore the wife also considered that her food was so basic that she would never go back

Every time I try to give this place another chance , they do something to ruin it. The last time I went there was a literal roach crawling up the glass panel. It’s been a while and I go again last night and find a long blonde hair in my food. Appetite ruined.
