My sirloin came out cold, I ordered medium rare, and it was super tough. I know it’s a tougher cut but it’s never this hard . When they came out with a “new” one they just gave me the same one but reheated. It was really hard to cut and chew. Definitely the quality of the meats aren’t good. I am really disappointed since it wasn’t cheap either.

The service we received was good. However the food was spoiled and there were roaches in the dining area. I could only imagine what’s in the kitchen. The county inspector needs to investigate this issue. We told the waitress and she said she would discuss with management. Not one time did the manager come to our table. I refused to eat there. Spoiled food and infested with roaches. Never again will we visit this establishment again.

I know this Ruby Tuesday has some mixed reviews, but today was a total win in my book. I sat at the bar and was greeted promptly by Patricia and her trainee, AJ. Both were friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel genuinely welcoming. I ordered the Smashburger special—it was fresh, hot, and delicious. The salad bar? Super fresh and fully stocked, which is rare these days. Honestly, everything hit the spot. I just wanted to shout out Patricia and AJ for making my visit a great one. Not every day is perfect in the restaurant world, but today definitely was.
