Decided to try after not being to one In over 15 years and what a mistake. Our waitress was wonderful the food awful. Hamburger so over cooked. Potato skins were way over cooked, the bacon on top was so burnt it shattered on the table when I dropped it

This place is terrible you would have a better time at the Wendy’s that’s nearby. They gave me raw food and we had to send it back and the second time around it was still wrong. I had ordered a steak and it looked blue. That was disgusting. They took a burger off of my bill, but they wouldn’t refund my steak and I didn’t even take a bite out of it. I wish I had a picture, but they took it to examine and wouldn’t give it back. So I paid for something I never got, terrible experience never coming back and the manager couldn’t do anything. There were also bugs flying around and the table was sticky. The mozzarella sticks also tasted like soap.

Brianna was our server and she was very attentive. Salad bar and everything was wonderful except an issue with my wife's steak, the manager Brandy was super friendly when correcting the problem and gave us a very welcoming feeling. We'll be back soon.

I have always liked Ruby Tuesday but yesterday I received the worst experience I have ever had at a sit down restaurant.First of all, the table and the silverware had not been cleaned properly as there was chocolate smeared on the side of the table. We ordered the appetizers, waited 30 minutes and we ended up getting 6 small boneless wings. In addition, the appetizers arrived with our main food we had ordered.In the end, after being ignored by the waiter and only been considered once for a water refill, when it was time to pay he made sure to stand at our table to try to enforce us leaving a tip.I know for sure that Ruby Tuesday won’t be seeing me again and I know that they won’t care enough to fix this location or make things right for people who go there.Would not recommend.
The salad bar was great. Lots of fresh toppings over freshly washed lettuce varieties.

Didn’t get seated. All staff was busy with a regular’s party so no one available to serve us. We seated ourselves. HD to track down a waitress. Salad bar was empty. Was told sorry but they were all participating in party. Finally went to refill salad bar because we were standing there waiting. Never saw waitress after that. Had to locate to refill drinks and take plates away. When complained to waitress she was rude to us about it. I’ll never go back.
