love this store. but I do have one complaint. it happens all the time. I try to put in a pick up order in and product is our of stock. but you go into the store and long in behold they have what you want and alot of it. wanted to put in a order for today. no sams brand papertowels in stock. go in and they have more than enough. why? Just Why? come on sams ❤️ ya but do better

If you don’t fix your gas station waiting line to be more organized and no cut in available someone is going to get hurt. I saw a man walk out of his car twice to let someone know they were cutting and another person cursing and calling names at another person for letting him know he was cutting the line. I am sure you have a safety department.

I am so disappointed Sam's. I ordered a Easter Basket for my son in plenty of delivery time. We have been on quarantine for 26 days and getting out with him is not allowed due to a weak immune system. I have been hung up on several times. I have been disconnected several times and have spent hours on the phone and on hold through the messaging service. Costco here I come. My friends used them for Easter just a few days ago and got all their Easter items. Thanks Sam's for ruining Easter!
rude service at the customer service desk. Also I tried thanking one of the ladies sampling food and she just looked at me without acknowledging me. Guess it was the day for rudeness.

The management is absolute garbage here. They don’t want to be bothered with anything. Customer care is a joke from the management, and the way they treat their employees is disgraceful, and if you heard how they speak about the members behind their backs you would be disgusted. I stopped shopping here because of it. I actually will drive to the club that’s 30minutes away in Brandon.
