Food is overpriced, Bad service, no manners one time they let me put in an order and close the store right as I pulled up smh. don’t tell me my order is gonna be ready in 10 to 15 minutes and then close the store three minutes after I put in my order.

I will recommend never coming here although their food is ok they’re customer service horrible I paid 35.91 plus a 1.00 tip to pickup my food I check my bank statements and they ends up charging me 43.09 which is almost a 7 dollar difference when I asked why they charged they pretty much called me a liar saying they didn’t but my bank statements say otherwise I tried to get issued resolved and they kept transferring me back and fourth between 2 people although they’re food is good I will never spend a penny here when they took my money is was almost 7 extra dollars it’s not the dollar amount it’s the principle

We ordered takeout here for the first time. Quick and easy online menu and ordering which was a big deciding factor for us. We had a lot to order quickly to pick up for a family dinner. Pictures are from after everyone ate. We got the house lo mein, beef with broccoli, shrimp fried rice, egg drop soup and both regular and shrimp egg rolls. The house lo mein and beef were great, not too greasy. Not sure if we would order the egg rolls again. The soup was fine, but not at the top of the list. Portions were good, and price was fair. We don't live close but would visit again if in the area.

Used to love ordereding from here until the dumplings changed. They are awful now. Please bring back the ones you used to have because now I order elsewhere in search of better dumplings.
Been going for years and yesterday (7/12/23) was the absolute BEST experience. Food was the best it's ever been and they even called me when it was ready to pick up - earlier than the quoted time! Crispy wonton strips for the soup, just the right shot of spice in the spicy dishes. Well done Shanghai!

I love the food overall compared to other Chinese food places. I have been coming here a long time, however they have changed the dumplings which was the best part about them. I hate the dumplings now. Please get the old ones back and let me know lol.

This has been my chinos for three years now, my only complain is the food is expensive but thats all restaurants now a days. The food was good, the customer service was good also. It is a take out place more then sit-in.

AWFUL. We tried the hot and sour soup, egg drop soup, egg rolls, fried rice, lo mein, egg foo young, beef and broccoli and the mongolian beef. The entrees were soggy, oily disasters with no flavour. And since we all sampled quite a bit from this restaurant, I imagine all the dishes are this way. $100 waste of money. Dunno. Maybe it was a fluke.

If you can't taste whether it's chicken or pork it's over cooked. They can't understand that. It has no taste, just texture & sauce. I drove back to your business to tell you I no like. You think you should give me only half my $ back because WHY I tried it. You made me feel like you thought I was scamming you for half a chicken and rice dinner. Well thanks for $ 7 of my $12 you think I deserve. The meat is not good... No taste. The customer service and respect are worse. Embarrassing a customer who didn't like your food by opening it up like a surgery table and having 3 people come over to look at it, really.
