Just wow!!! I ordered the 3 meat combo cause I’m in a no carb diet. Had ribs (2), chicken breast and Brisket, couldn’t finish it. Great food!

We love the food. Its a small food truck with picknick style tables nearby right on the river. We enjoy the casual atmosphere, outside on the water. Good food. They are busy so we call ahead and order.

Menu items are very reasonable. Good value for the money. Pork tenderloin sandwhich is a favorite. They were sold out today, but I tried the brisket sandwich. Great flavor and good fat to meat ratio. Kid had a burger. Very well seasoned. Surprisingly good for how simple it was. Wife had gator bites. Awesome! Super crispy and seasoned. Fresh and flavorful food. Definitely would recommend!! 10 out of 10!

Our favorite hidden gem. Tucked away on the Alafia River. Smoke On The Water delivers outstanding smoked food. Today we enjoyed the brisket sandwich, Sampler Sliders, (brisket, chicken, smoke sausage, and pulled pork) and since it happened to be $1 Wing Wednesday, we ordered a dozen smoked wings to go. There is nothing better than sitting out on the patio and enjoying this laid-back atmosphere.

It is a biker bar with limited parking due to all the motorcycles
I love all the bbq. You have to walk over to the bar to get drinks, alcoholic or not. View of the river is great.

The burger was delicious! Better than even normal delicious burgers. And the location was so awesome because we sat in an outside covered porch while we ate and drank. Right next to the river and the server told us that dolphins swim by frequently. Very cool place
