The drive up Speaker was inoperable, very slow service, chicken nuggets (whatever they called) hard as bricks.

I ordered a number 4, first thing I said I didn’t want on the sandwich was mayo ( I’m allergic ) while whoever took the order was trying to hurry up and complete the order. I get home open my sandwich and guess what’s the first thing I see. Yup you guessed it, mayo. What’s the point in asking what someone wants when you’re not even going ti listen. Then I call to tell them my order was wrong, and of course no answer. Never again.

Ordered a bunch of corn dogs for my kids and got home to see them burn and broken apart. My kids wouldn’t even eat them and I couldn’t even blame them. Food that looks like this should have never been sent out to a customer.

I normally have basic issues with this location that I overlook. But this time I can't overlook being served burned food. I ordered the chicken bites and they were completely inedible. They were hard and room temperature. No one should have looked at these nuggets and felt comfortable serving them to customers.

Dang... I don’t know what’s going on with the Sonic here in Riverview—but y’all have seriously turned things around! 👏 I’ll be honest, I took a 6-month break because mobile orders used to be a mess—slow, missing items, or completely forgotten. 😬

But the last three times I’ve gone back? Total 180. Fast, friendly, efficient, and everything in the bag just as it should be (which shouldn’t be rare—but hey, it matters!). Whatever y’all are doing now—keep it up. The food’s hot, the team is on point, and it honestly made me want to write this.

Big shoutout and thank you for the great service lately. I see you, Riverview Sonic. 👊💙

I’m going to start this review by saying that I gave this sonic location four tries to turn my opinion around. I order the same exact thing on the menu no alterations to my order. Just a very simple basic order with a drink. They have gotten my food order wrong every single time. In addition to my order being incorrect, the other person that I am always with orders the same exact thing and they just can’t seem to get it right. The service is extremely slow. I will not be back to this location ever again no matter how much I crave my order. Do better Sonic.

Moved a few months ago, excited to see a Sonic not far from my house. Unbelievably the worst Sonic ever! Tried to order but person couldn’t hear us and cut us off multiple times during our order. End result was our order was just milkshake. After waiting 30 minutes,
I got out to ask someone about it. Never will go back!!!

Service was incredibly slow! I hit the call button 3 times, waiting about 5 minutes each time. The screen didn't work and I could barely hear through the speaker. I couldn't tell if my order was correct. I did stop a worker and she was kind enough to go get my receipt so I could confirm. I got 2 kids meals. The cheeseburger was so small as was the piece of cheese. The chicken tenders were so dry, the 2 yr old could only eat a few bites. I didn't even want them. I got a cherry limeade and it tasted like seltzer with a touch of lime. Color was reddish yet no cherry flavor. I will not go back.
