This is one of the better Starbucks in the area, however today gave me a bad taste for this location. Whoever was making the food today had a major attitude when I corrected the guy making the coffee on my name. I wasn’t even talking to her and she responded to me with a sassy ‘sorry’. My name is NOT Daniel.. it’s Danielle. It’s really not that difficult to get the name right. It’s not a huge deal but if someone gets my name wrong, I will obviously correct them. It’s my name. Other than that, the food and drinks were great.

For those kind people who care about where their money goes and what it supports, Starbucks gives money DIRECTLY to the IDF which is responsible for the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians. Over 20k people in 2 months have been deleted from existence in Gaza, while the IDF continues to cut off food, electricity, fuel and water from the 2.2 million people living in the besieged Gaza strip.

Loved the lady who was serving yesterday night. She was really awesome. I am on keto, so the only option i had was Vanilla latte in cold beverage. I really wish that Starbucks would come out with other flavors and versions of keto. Come on, it's gonna be 2024 soon. Can we not do that, please ??

I submitted a mobile order for a chai latte to the Starbucks on Causeway Rd on Monday, November 27th. I went in to pick it up, it was ready, no issues with the employees. I didn’t start drinking it until after I started my route to work. It did not taste right but I just thought they had forgotten to add the flavoring. This was the only thing I had to drink or eat that day. After drinking it I felt nauseated off and on all day and by the afternoon I spent my afternoon and evening in the bathroom expelling that drink and dry heaving. I have felt nauseated since Monday and have only began to feel better and was finally able to drink fluids and eat a little something today. I am not sure what was in that drink that made me so violently ill, maybe the milk, I don’t know but it really made me sick. Not cool Starbucks!
