The new management seems to have a problem with the pride flag as it has been taken down. That has been up for as long as I can remember and this really sets an example at what kind of people run this place.

Arrived at 5:57am , almost an hour after they open and the doors were locked. As I walked back to the car I noticed the two employees left their vehicles and started to walk in. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable!

Starbucks should be a neutral place to grab coffee, not a platform for social messaging. Displaying advocacy flags (LGBTQ) inside the store is unnecessary and detracts from the customer experience.

Customers come from all walks of life, and injecting ideological or personal messaging into a coffee shop environment feels inappropriate. I’m here for coffee — not to be confronted with statements that have nothing to do with the product or service.

When a coffee shop prioritizes messaging over neutrality, it stops being a coffee shop.

I did a doordash and one of my drinks was left behind. I called just to let them know and when I placed another order they ended up sending me my previous drink and a new drink. I really needed that today, it made a bad event much better. So thank you so much to Cade, cuz your calm energy really helped me out today. Thanks for the holiday magic 🪄✨

Absolutely slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Thought it was due to short staffing, but there was at least 8 working when I was there with NO line. Customers were waiting for their order while multiple employees were just standing around.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted — that’s fine, but I stood at the register unsure where to go. The lady with the shaved head at the register never acknowledged me. No “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Finally, a gentleman who was getting a pastry came over to help.

I wasn’t sure of the exact name of the drink, so I said, “I want a Salted Caramel Ribbon Crunch.” The whole time he kept shaking his head and saying they don’t have that, and that they only have a Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino. Okay, great — that’s what I wanted then.

The customer next to me was handed his pastry directly, but mine was walked down to the pickup area. The same cashier called my name from there. Just strange, but okay.

The drink itself had no caramel at the bottom or along the sides of the cup— only on top. This is the first Starbucks I’ve been to that made it like that.

Underwhelmed. Both cups of coffee about 2 inches from the top. These were the white chocolate mochas, not a coffee someone would add any additional ingredients too. At $7 a cup they could at least fill them.

My iced venti was 95% ice. Venti and it was three sips and done. Literally. If that's normal ice that's crazy.

The atmosphere is really nice and the workers are super sweet… my order came out really fast :)

Maria is amazing! Best barista ever makes the drinks amazingly and recovered my daughter’s drink that she spelt. Sweet people!

I like the place but most of the people that comes here come to work make calls or they talking and I needed to make few phone calls I ask to lower the music down a little bit and they never did he seem upset by the question , music was really Loud even when I decided to seat outside , you can still hear the music because of the speakers. Hopefully they improve this

Very nice location with super-friendly staff! Nice to have such a good one so close to where I live.
