Such a cute Starbucks. It feels like a hallmark movie when you walk in. The staff are the friendliest Starbucks employees I have ever met (and I have been to a lot of Starbucks). They offer suggestions based on what you like and offer to remake something if you don’t like it. Our lattes came out great. Absolutely love it here!

Absolutely horrible. I had an Uber eats order to pick up (which they accepted knowing the pulc up would be AFTER their 7pm closing)- not only did they let the Uber order go thru and charge the customer. They had the order on the counter when I got there at 7:02
Only for a guy to give me a rude hand lotion then telling me to "get/go on now"
This is DISGUSTING behavior and to take money but not give products is even worse.

Huge pride / transgender flag on the wall

This is my starbies on my way to work I always preorder and they are always pretty busy. They always get my order out on time and greet me as I come in. My food is gets heated all the way up which is great and my coffee is always yummy definitely recommend this location.

Great vibes and great drinks/ food! The espresso tastes so fresh compared to other locations like causeway and the bacon egg and cheese bites taste actually tastes like they weren’t sitting all day. Definitely wish I lived closer, this would be my new Starbucks for sure ?

The manager on duty was told that a drink was made wrong. The exact drink was the iced shaken espresso she then told me to just pour my espresso in a cup and it will taste the same but then my question to her was then what makes this any different than any iced coffee why am I paying two dollars extra if you’re not going to shake it, she argue with me and told me that she would not remake it because she was understaffed unacceptable and I would never go back to Starbucks

For Starbucks that is usually a study/pleasant environment the worker Marie is very unprofessional. The rolling of the eyes at paying customers is not the way I want to be treated at the end of a hard working day.

Really horrendous service. I ordered a venti and the barista gave me a grande. I told her I ordered venti and she poured the grande into a venti cup and attempted to charge me for the difference.
