Not great. There were at least 7-8 employees behind the counter, yet my caramel frap took about 15 mins to be done... With me being the only customer on the line. Then it tasted like the girl just dumped a bunch of milk in the cup with ice and made a milk frap... Oh with a splash of caramel on top. Too much chatting, not enough working.

Love this location because it's up the street from my house. I sent my daughter in to purchase 2 drinks and 3 cheese Danish. I swear I saw her walk towards the building, next thing I know she was back in the car. When I tell you whoever made our drinks, needs a raise!Parking: Parking is great because building in located in a big plaza. Also has parking in front of building.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly business. Very exciting cool place for a kidWheelchair accessibility: Yes
Pretty good in person but DO NOT use uber eats for this location. They forgot to add half my order. I’ve had small problems here before, nothing crazy.. but missing an entire item (which the uber eats price is bumped up) is kinda crazy. I also asked for a straw, but they never throw one in if it’s delivery.

They use one espresso machine for mobile orders and delivery (Uber eats DoorDash) and the other machine for in cafe orders. So multiple times I have done a mobile order and watched people who walk in and order their drink get their drink before the mobiles. That seems silly since the mobile orders should be faster. The whole point is to get in and get out.

Always friendly and accommodating! I meant to write this review sooner. They do a fabulous job making their specialty holiday coffees! Definitely recommend this Starbucks

This location has gone down hill for me and my family. The awareness of someone standing there waiting on their order goes over the staff. They seem to be more into their conversations than getting the task at hand completed. The past 4 times my order was made incorrect one of them being whole milk when it was supposed to be oat milk. My stomach was messed up the rest of the day. I don't like bad mouthing businesses but this staff really put a bad taste in my mouth and haven't been back since.

Coffee and snack was good.. dirty and unswept floors. Service was not service because there was none.. literally all tables were dirty after walking around looking for one gave up and got my own napkins and cleaned it so I would have a place to sit down. Definitely not recommending this location.

First time at this facility. Absolutely loved the design and atmosphere. Had placed a mobile order since every Starbucks is overly packed that has a drive-thru, which is how I come to this specific location.Being that this was my first time I didn’t know where to collect my order. It took 6 minutes of me staring down the baristas before I just asked for assistance. Not one employee recognizing my existence. Huge turn off for me and this location.It looked nice, however customer service is lacked.
