I go to this location every morning I get the decaf three pumps of mocha. I’m very particular about how it’s made , the young lady that works there Jiana or Gigi is the greatest in serving my mocha. She has such a personal touch! Thank you

HUGE STARBUCKS FAN..... today, the place was extremely busy....so I waited patiently for 15 minutes. I had been watching the girl who was in charge of making our spinach wraps.. and also noticed that everyone that walked in was getting their cooked orders before ours and then leaving. I moved over to the right of the cash register and directly behind the girl so as to see what the hold up was. Our order tabs were placed on the bottom and everything on the top was the new orders coming in...which were in fact all done before ours because we requested ours double cooked.
During the time that I stood by the register watching, 4 people came up, placed an order, their orders were filled and they left. At this time, there wasn't anyone left in line so I decided to ask Blake why we were placed last as our spinach wraps were still laying there to be cooked. She then put our spinach wraps in the oven.
Blake proceeded to explain to me that they were slammed. He said it twice but what I didn't hear him say was.. let me look into this and find out what happened.
It actually was over 20 minutes before we received our food and the place was all cleared out and no one left in line.
I very seldom write negative reviews but I am politely letting you know that the way he handled this was wrong. Yes, they were slammed but every order should be fixed in the order they were purchased not putting everyone ahead of us because we ordered something double cooked. This was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING 😞 I was unhappy that I had to say something to Blake and he didn't take time to see what happened, he just dismissed me after his comment of being slammed.
Unhappy to say the least.

Only car in line as they are opening this morning (6:07am ish) you can tell they are pre occupied with other things and not worried about getting the order correct. My drink and food item were wrong. I asked for a venti iced white mocha with oat milk and an everything bagel with butter. Coffee came with regular milk (she didn’t put in oat milk) and bagel came with cream cheese (she also did not put butter) so instead of putting my order in as I’m saying it she must have been doing other things and put it in after the fact. I had to be at work and didn’t notice until I had already drove off which is unfortunate. I tried to call to see if I can bring it in later after work and get the correct order and no one answers the phone. Pretty annoying when the price point is where it’s at to get a drink I can’t even drink. 2 stars because I come often enough and the staff is always friendly. But my order is often wrong.

Overly busy location. Ordered ice coffee and took over 10 min for my drinks to be made even thought I walked in a ordered right away. Go to Foxtail across the street instead. Shouldn’t take 10min + for ice coffee to be poured.

I repeat the same as other reviews I’ve seen. Staff is friendly for the most part but don’t seem to care about your coffee order. I make very simple edits that don’t get honored. Something as simple as asking for my coffee to be extra hot and it NEVER is… What is the breakdown here? I have been to other places where this is no problem. The standards seem to be non-existent. I just came from this location during the middle of the day with no line, no wait and still mediocre. Ordered today at 10/31 1:20pm. Please do better I beg. This has happened countless times to where I travel out the way to other places.

I went today at 7am and the two girls in the drive thru were amazing ..Such sweethearts ..More places should have professional people working for them like the two young lady's at Starbucks .one was named crystal and I didn't get the other girls name but they ROCK 💯❤️ Please give them a raise they deserve it 🥰
