This Starbucks on Big Bend Rd (same plaza as Sakura) is hands down my go-to spot. The employees are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they actually know me by name. As a regular, it’s always a great feeling when they already know my order before I even say it.

Service is fast, drinks are consistently made right, and the overall vibe is relaxed compared to busier locations. PLUS, the Wifi is SO MUCH FASTER than the store just built a block away...

A lot of people don’t seem to know this, but if you grab a drink and hang out, you can get a free refill of regular coffee, which is a great bonus.

If you’re looking for a Starbucks with great service, familiar faces, and quick turnaround, this location has become the hidden gem.

We always have such a great experience with Pete and we absolutely love him but tonight we were served by Dustin and he’s also amazing so nice and knowledgeable about coffee he also enlightened us about the partial proceeds of the Green Apron blend going to Starbucks team members falling on hard times so of course we bought a bag in addition to our usual bags of coffee. Pete and Dustin ARE the Starbucks experience!!

I recently had an issue with a drink at this location. I didn't have time to return same day, but I returned early the next morning for a remake. There was a wonderful woman who greeted me immediately upon entry and noticed that I had a drink in my hand. She asked me if I needed a remake before I even made it halfway to the register. She remade my drink to perfection, apologized repeatedly, and even offered me a gift card for my next drink. It was totally above and beyond, and after several recent experiences with baristas who act annoyed at your presence, this was refreshing and has really left me thinking about how the world needs more people like her. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but her customer service alone would bring me back to this location, despite my initial bad drink. thank you!

Drive through on a Sunday was a great experience customer service ,smile, and my coffee was perfect! Keep up the wonderful service!! Line was fast and smooth.

I waited inside for 25 minutes for two drinks while multiple cars at the drive thru were served. When I finally brought it to someone’s attention that I had been waiting for an excessive amount of time I finally got my two drinks. They were the same drink but tasted nothing alike. The sweetener had not been added to one of them but I was already traveling down the highway when this was discovered. The employees at this place need additional training. This was my second and probably last visit to this Starbucks.

I’m spending time in the Parking lot to write this review which is more time than I was willing to stand at that window a moment more. I stood there, rang the bell, girl stared at me, didn’t acknowledge me or even say 1 moment please and continued with the drive thru line. I stood there a moment longer like ok it’s only 2 of them so I’ll wait a few more seconds. NOTHING! Deplorable customer service. Will NOT be back.

Amanda took my order and was fantastic. I ordered four drinks for my wife and her co-workers. Elijah made all four of my drinks, set them down and moved away before I could ask for a drink carrier. I stood and waited for three minutes until a nice lady working the window looked over and asked me if I needed a drink carrier and immediately brought one over to me. I’d recommended for Elijah to be more mindful with Starbuck’s customers.

I use to love coming here. The past two months they’ve made my drinks wrong multiple times. And this morning they actually asked me at the drive through to pull up and park to wait for my drink, which I did, just for them to bring me the wrong one. Although the sweet girl offered to fix it, I didn’t have time, I have a job to be at. I already waited an absurd amount of time for an incorrect order.

*and apparently the owner thinks I should call door dash about it because that makes sense?

We came through drive thru to get Mocha Frappuccino with caramel. There was absolutely nothing sweet about the Frappuccino could not really taste the chocolate or the caramel I didn’t even see any caramel, so I’m wondering if it even got forgotten. There should’ve been caramel drizzle on the whip cream, too. The workers were nice though 😊
