Amanda took my order and was fantastic. I ordered four drinks for my wife and her co-workers. Elijah made all four of my drinks, set them down and moved away before I could ask for a drink carrier. I stood and waited for three minutes until a nice lady working the window looked over and asked me if I needed a drink carrier and immediately brought one over to me. I’d recommended for Elijah to be more mindful with Starbuck’s customers.

I use to love coming here. The past two months they’ve made my drinks wrong multiple times. And this morning they actually asked me at the drive through to pull up and park to wait for my drink, which I did, just for them to bring me the wrong one. Although the sweet girl offered to fix it, I didn’t have time, I have a job to be at. I already waited an absurd amount of time for an incorrect order.
*and apparently the owner thinks I should call door dash about it because that makes sense?

We came through drive thru to get Mocha Frappuccino with caramel. There was absolutely nothing sweet about the Frappuccino could not really taste the chocolate or the caramel I didn’t even see any caramel, so I’m wondering if it even got forgotten. There should’ve been caramel drizzle on the whip cream, too. The workers were nice though 😊

This location is not too bad. Sometimes the drive thru overflows to the road. Staff were very friendly and made my drink correctly. Cheese Danish was warm as requested. This location will be moving to the corner soon. Depending on the time of day I visit, I will back in so I can just pull out and avoid getting hit.

My drinks and food orders always come out a mess here. They ALWAYS give me COLD food. They gave me a matcha that was almost white, then when I asked for more matcha powder they dumped it in and didn’t even blend it so it was clumpy and threw it back to me so fast there was matcha powder all over me **see photo** I’m starting to feel like I need to just learn to make my own drinks at home. I give this place TOO much money for this . The atmosphere is also “hurry up and buy” and the lines are ridiculous!

Love Starbies however the service can be a hit or miss depending on how busy or whom is working. Sometimes things go perfect other times you can order and receive the wrong item. Overall it’s always a go to.
