We always have such a great experience with Pete and we absolutely love him but tonight we were served by Dustin and he’s also amazing so nice and knowledgeable about coffee he also enlightened us about the partial proceeds of the Green Apron blend going to Starbucks team members falling on hard times so of course we bought a bag in addition to our usual bags of coffee. Pete and Dustin ARE the Starbucks experience!!
I recently had an issue with a drink at this location. I didn't have time to return same day, but I returned early the next morning for a remake. There was a wonderful woman who greeted me immediately upon entry and noticed that I had a drink in my hand. She asked me if I needed a remake before I even made it halfway to the register. She remade my drink to perfection, apologized repeatedly, and even offered me a gift card for my next drink. It was totally above and beyond,...

This Starbucks on Big Bend Rd (same plaza as Sakura) is hands down my go-to spot. The employees are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they actually know me by name. As a regular, it’s always a great feeling when they already know my order before I even say it.
Service is fast, drinks are consistently made right, and the overall vibe is relaxed compared to busier locations. PLUS, the Wifi is SO MUCH FASTER...
