I've only been there twice. Both times I got horrible food poisoning. I thought it was the food but after the second time I realized it's definitely the drinks. I'm pretty sure something isn't being cleaned properly or dairy is being kept out and spoiling. I will never go back to that Starbucks. I've never had an issue at any other Starbucks.

They consistently prepare the drink incorrectly. Despite clearly requesting less milk, the coffee is repeatedly diluted with an excessive amount of milk, resulting in a drink that is far too light.

Ordered a Peppermint White Mocha and as usual they used regular mocha sauce. This happens so often I’m curious if they even use the White Mocha sauce or if it’s still full and sealed. It’s not worth spending nearly $10 a drink all for it not be correct. This location needs some quality control. Q

Hi there! I really enjoy the convenience of this location and the team is always friendly, but I did want to flag one thing. The door to the patio has been squeaking loudly for quite a while now—at least a couple of months. A little WD-40 or a quick adjustment would go a long way. It’s tough to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee with that noise. Thanks so much!

This is easily the most disappointing Starbucks I’ve been to, mainly because of the staff and the quality of the drinks. Nearly every visit, my order is made incorrectly or just poorly, and asking for a polite remake turns into an awkward experience because the employees, who often act pretty immature and handle it unprofessionally.

If customers are paying over $8 for a drink, the least we expect is for it to be made correctly. The location itself is great, the atmosphere is perfect for studying or getting work done… but the drinks are consistently terrible. The staff clearly needs better training or more attention to how the drinks are supposed to be made.
