Manager was rude and proceeded to argue back and forth with me. Food was make incorrectly and instead of fixing the issue he proceeded to curse and argue with me, never will return again! Horrible experience

Service is hard because you place your own order. LOVE they switched to beef tallow! Place seemed clean except the bathroom door was greasy where all the hands touch. TRUMP HELL YEA!!

It was easy to order with the kiosks. The food came out in a timely manner and was exactly what I ordered.
Shout out to Asia for excellent customer service! I dined in with a large group and she was super helpful! She even gave the kids a Steak nâShake car and stickers.
The restaurant itself was clean and modern.
The rest of the staff at this location were very friendly and Iâd definitely return here.

2x been here for delivery and NOONE even say hi...when ask about it from the person help me..said thought someone else acknowledge me..So I guess that mean she didn't have to even say Hi....

Renee warmly welcomed us, making our visit truly memorable. She ensured our meal was perfect and that we had everything we needed throughout. Our food was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. The restaurant was spotless, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. We look forward to returning soon!

While Steak ân Shake has been a staple for most, and my family especially, I think itâs lost its diner quality. The food is amazing, 10/10 burgers, good fries, and milkshakes delicious!! Only down side is itâs no longer got the old diner feel. You order your own food on a kiosk, and then the cooks didnât read the system properly anyways. Then it asked for a tip? Crazy behavior, but no fault of the team. All the food is set up for take out, even if you order dine in. And the scan for the drinks stopped working for a cup that wasnât even refilled twice ?? If we knew it had turned to drive-thru only, thatâs what we wouldâve done in the first place! Good thing the employees are super duper friendly, attentive, and accommodating!
