Sushi was SO good! Very extensive and creative menu. Staff was so friendly and took great care of us. Only complaint was the restaurant felt a little humid/not cool during our particular dining experience BUT we were seated by the door so that could have played into it.

Disappointed tonight. All the staff seems to have changed, possibly even the management. With 5 tables available prior to the Friday night dinner rush, it was a problem when we didn't want to sit at the bar. They said some of those tables were reserved (yet they were still empty when we left 1.5 hours later) We had 4 different servers and it took nearly an hour for 2 rolls all while to go orders were flying out the door. After finishing our rolls we were approached 5 different times by 3 different people, finally we were getting proper service and being noticed, sadly it was because they needed the table. Sushi was amazing as always but service was terrible. may not return
I have passed by this place so many times and wondered if it was good, finally decided to stop in and I’m extremely grateful I did. So happy to have found such a gem of a sushi spot. Tom Kha soup was amazing and the sushi nigiri and sashimi sampler was so fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to come back.

Fair prices, good service, excellent sushi! I honestly can't say enough about this place. The fish is absolutely the freshest and masterfully prepared. The other dishes from the kitchen are amazing too. The atmosphere is lovely whether you're alone with your kid at the sushi bar (which hasn't happened for me since 2019) or it's a packed house (my typical experience since they reopened). The staff is always friendly no matter how incredibly busy they are. I really should take photos of the gorgeous sushi/meals, but I get too excited by the time it's delivered to me to not eat it right away. This is my favorite sushi spot in the Tampa Bay area, hands down!
Update: this place is the absolute best! I'm never disappointed by their sushi!
Update again: Google wants me to say how things have changed since my last update and they haven't. This place is consistent and so so so good! We popped in for a happy hour snack and absolutely went overboard. The food is too good! Don't go here if you lack self-control. Or do. It's worth it! One thing I want to note is that our server asked before bringing us waters if the kids should have styrofoam cups with lids or glasses. This might seem like such a little thing, but it was so thoughtful and a big deal to one of our kids in particular. I really appreciate that he gave us the option and honestly, it's a good move environmentally to not default to styrofoam for kids. There are so many reasons why this is my favorite place.
Google wants updates again: We got carryout and it was spectacular! This place should have 10/5 stars because the maximum allowable stars is just not enough! The service was as good as it gets (I waited briefly in the restaurant for my order and the service staff was so very nice)! The sushi is the absolute best quality and the hot dishes are amazing as well! The specialty rolls are very creative and the classics are expertly executed with an abundance of fresh ingredients! I honestly can't say enough about this place. It is hands down my favorite!

Sushi was great once we finally got it. Waited over an hour for our food while we watched someone place takeout and leave with their order 20 minutes later. Only one table got served sushi while we were there. I would recommend ordering takeout instead of dining in.

Quality of the food here is excellent. The problem lies with efficiency. They are low on staff, and the folks that are there seem overwhelmed. Last time I was there I waited nearly an hour before receiving my food. They could have brought each item out as it was ready, but they decided to make us wait, and deliver everything all at once. This resulted in multiple tables seated after us to receive their food before us, and by the time we did eat (an hour after we arrived) we were ready to leave. My recommendation: place your order online, wait at minimum 1 hour before picking it up, then eat it at home.

The Sushi here is amazing. I can’t find better anywhere. Only wish they were open 1 day a week for lunch! The Picasso, the Don Juan, the Samurai, and the Yellow Lamborghini are our favorites.
