Upon arriving last week I was met with an employee more concerned with their phone than my order. They had me repeat myself about 15 times which already wasn't the best experience but then they repeated the order wrong back to me. Then they toasted my sandwich, set it down, and walked away for 5 minutes. The sandwich was stale as if he didn't change the rolls out, and if that wasn't the worst part he had ingredients mixing together. I ended up having an allergic reaction at home after being exposed to an allergen. The owner is amazing but this employee in particular is awful. I can understand a mixed ingredient here or there .... but to have a full handful of ingredients mixed together is ridiculous..... this review is more so for my experience with this particular employee. Not the store as a whole. Please retrain or retire....

I waited for 10 minutes with no one coming to the front. Checked the back to make sure no one hurt. Place was empty. Found staff in the rear of the building smoking and they proceeded to badger me and told me to leave.

I visited this location and the experience was disappointing. Only one employee was working, moving extremely slow, almost as if on purpose. He mentioned he works 6 days a week, is tired, and that the manager never answers when he calls. When I arrived the store was empty, but while I was waiting at least 5 customers left due to the slow service. It’s hard to believe that a franchise like Subway would allow a store to operate under these conditions and lose customers like this.

Staff moves slower than a turtle with tied legs and do not care for the customers waiting to order. Never mind apologizing for the slowness or lack of care.
While I was in the store, 8 customers walked out because of the wait and the 3 that did get their food walked out unhappy with the lever of service.
Awful, just awful, specially when I compare it with Subway of 5-10 years ago.

Subway has always been a comfort place for sandwiches for me. Although the construction makes it hard, this is the best spot in the area. This store is franchised and owned by the nicest and most honest man you will ever meet. He is in a tough spot because of the road work, so it would be amazing if anyone could help him out and brave getting into the store. I promise you wont be disappointed, and he will have a great conversation with you as well!

I work in the restaurant industry so I don’t like being one of those last minute customers coming in but I was starving from a double shift. I didn’t get her name who was working but she took very good care of me & made my turkey bacon wrap with love. I appreciate her sense of urgency and making my wrap correctly & not just throwing ingredients together. Place was clean & well stock.
