Food incredible. Trina, the only worker there, made my sub with passion. Not even playing around here. She was the only worker and made my sub fast and with respect. If a manager reads this, she needs raise and a paid week off!

Purchased THREE steak and cheese sandwiches yesterday about 4:30-5:30PM on our way to Orlando for a concert. Get all the way to Orlando and park once we arrived to the venue to eat before going in and all THREE of our sandwiches had a slither of meat!!!! I paid for double on mine and all three had a slither. The sandwiches were so light it felt like all bread with nothing else and I knew something was wrong then I opened them up and sure enough barely any meat at all!! I want my money back I paid $40 for bread!!!! Never again and I will never order and especially online. You literally need to be inside while your food is being prepared or you will get ripped off the same way I did. The owner or manger if you have any customer service etiquette you would make it right with your customer. I’m posting what my daughter did not eat and the only reason I ate mine is because I had not eaten all day and when you take medication and have health issues you have to eat something. This is what was on her sandwich shame on you for giving this to your customers!!! Never again! Don’t with this location!!! And I’ll advise anyone to not go here either unless you have time to go in and watch them make your sandwich then look at it before you leave out of their. If not you are bound to get home, down the road, next city or state before you realize what you were given!!

Got four stars because they don't have unsweetened tea though they have the maker to brew it. Still great sandwich and service.

I work close to this location so this is always my first choice when it comes to Subway. But after today that has changed. I've gone to this location multiple times to find that they don't never have adequate staffing. Ordering food online is a convenience so that you don't have to wait in line for 15 minutes to get your food especially when you only have an hour lunch. My food is never ready when I get there to pick it up and today they were out of multiple ingredients as they are many other times, or they serve old lettuce and ham that doesn't even look like ham...This store needs to do better.

They are constantly out of product and employee/manager takes forever to come out of back to greet customers after socializing with other employees or friend or whatever. Out of meats, claiming they only have a tiny bit of lettuce. They actually have so little product they are often forced to close by mid afternoon. All for prices higher than Publix

Second time in past few weeks I was at this store, it's always out of stuff, this afternoon, they were out of Italian Herbs and cheese, lettuce, tomato, I literally saw most of veg bins empty. Not worth a visit. The employee was not so friendly.

2 girls Tabby and Jackie do an amazing job. Store was clean. Workers doing their best to get every order done. Wonderful store, employees are great, and the food was delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend this store. These girls deserve a raise.

I just went to this establishment at 9 pm. They are not supposed to close until 11. They didn’t have a sign up. The worker came out, saw us and another person waiting and walked off. Their children kept peeking around the corner at us. After we went to our car, the worker came out to mop and I went back up to the door. At first they completely ignored me, then snapped and said they’ve been there all day, and they have to be there in the morning. This is completely unacceptable. I’ll never come to this location again.

This place needs two people And better training takes too long to make a sandwich I waited 30 minutes and I never got the bread that I wanted I call that being under staff.

The service was good but the food was awful. I got a turkey, bacon avocado wrap. The wrap was so rubbery I couldn't chew it. The cucumbers had a funny taste. I took a few bites and threw it away. I got a kids turkey and cheese that wasn't edible either. The lettuce was old. None of the vegetables were fresh. This was the worst food i have ever had. I spent $30 for 3 sandwiches and still ended up making dinner. I won't be back.

The Food Is Great, I Will Give It That. But The People That Work Here Should Not Be Working Here, This Is The 2nd Incident Of Being Blown Off For Reverse Racist Reasons. So The 1st Incident I Go In And No One Was At The Counter, I'm Standing At The Front Of The Cash Register No One Comes. Then I Ask This Guy ''Is There Anybody Here To Serve Me'', He Says In A Rude Way ''Oh I'm On Break Come Back In 45 Minutes''. So I Step Out, Then This Lady Comes In And The Guy Gets Up And Serves Her. Forgot About That Incident, But It Came Back In Mind When The 2nd Incident Today Happens. So Me And My BF Are Waiting In Line And There Were Two Families In Front, And The Lady Serving Her Took Her Deer Sweet Time With Them. That Was A Total Of 10 Minutes, Because She Was Also Socializing With Them. The Next Family Comes Up, And The Lady Comes Back To The Counter In 4 Minutes From The Back, And Kept Them Waiting And Ask ''What Can I Get Yall''. But The Line Was Filling Up And The Two People Behind Us Just Left Because They Were Taking To Long, And I Was Next To Leave. Like I'm Not Waiting 15 Minutes At A Subway That's Ridiculous. It Doesn't Take That Long To Make 3 Sandwiches, For Me And A Few Others To Wait 15 Minutes. Not Coming Back To This Sub Way.
