Their phone doesn't work and the two employees working there had horrible customer service. They burned the sides, left out half the order and the food was terrible. This subway needs to be reported to their corporate office. Go at your own risk!

Second time we’ve ordered food from this subway and it’s been horrible. Some of the subs were toasted some of the subs were missing lettuce and two of the ultimate B.M.T’s only had ham on it. When you call the store no one ever answers the phone and when we went back the last time to complain about the sandwiches the girl had an attitude and said there’s nothing she can do about it. I wish I had her name but this is one of the worst subways to go to.

How do you have one person and NO sandwich toppings? Plus the worker didn't want anyone there moving so damn slow making sandwiches and it was pure ridiculousness. There was no need to procrastinate and wait over 20-30 mins for a sub when I personally know it doesn't take that long when NO ONE IS IN THERE. (Ex worker).

Fantasia was new, but she was working very hard one of her first favorite sandwich which I tried and she made it for me and it was really good. It seemed like she was super busy and they were short, but she was very attentive and all the customers she was very nice and I really appreciated her great customer service.

Went inside to order nobody was there. The door unlocked . Anybody can just walk. After 15 minutes the employee came in telling me they can only do door dash and uber orders .. so after decided to go to Wendy's next door, there i see the subway employee talking on the phone.. this place needs better management and employees..

This Subway closes like 4 hours before 11 pm. And when you ask about why the employees are rude and incompetent.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered on the app. When I went to pick up, they said they were out of everything i ordered. I asked a replacement sandwich and told no so asked for a refund and was told no. They thought they'd just keep the $15, and I'd leave empty-handed. The GM shamiqua said to call the number on the door if I had a problem with them not issuing a refund or replacement. The number rang in to her phone, and she wouldn't answer the calls. She said I could call the police if I wanted and laughed. I highly recommend nobody use that location. Looking for a corporate line to call that handles franchises.

This place is always closed. I only do orders in person and the door is always locked. Today on the window it said that the drive through was closed and to come inside, turns out the door is locked! This was before the dinner rush. Usually the door is locked and/or they are mobile orders only.
