This location should consider closing the doors and allowing a restaurant or company take the location that actually wants people to come in. I ordered two simple sandwiches on the app and was alerted that the order was ready. Spent another 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for my order to actually be prepared (no customers, just one worker). Why would you allow this to happen?. People use the app to be more efficient, not wait around. Good grief

I'm a huge fan of Subway, but I'll never go back to this restaurant because at the end of my meal, the waitress wouldn't let me use the bathroom, saying it was only for employees, even though there are 2 bathrooms. She even sold me broken cookies (how annoying)! I don't recommend it!!!

I just came from the store. Once I walk in there, there was only one employee and she told me that it will take you 15 minutes before I can make you a sandwich because I have to do an online order. She said in the chair with her AirPod on There like a dummy waiting for her to make four sandwiches before she could help me. I stood there purposely and see how long it would take. I walk out after 30 minutes this girl not once use her common sense to say that let me just make that one. This is poor customer service. And it is outrageous how you guys expect to stay on business with this type of service level. This worker did not seem to care about providing great service

The service her is non existent. Employees don’t seem not to care at all and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a sandwich here. How can you expect 1 employee to make a mobile order if they are just taking walk in customers. This place is just terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Have been here twice now. Came the first time a few years ago and never came back because the food and service was awful. Vegetables were frozen and they didn’t heat the meat for my sandwich as requested. They are right next to a school and only have one employee running the store when school is let out which makes no since at all due to the business it generates at those hours. Decided to give them another shot today but wasn’t much better. Food was okay and service a little better. They don’t seem to like white people in both my experiences so this will be my last visit here.

Ordered on the subway site for pickup. This made it super easy for our picky family and prevented the wait in line.For two of the sandwiches, they were out of roast beef. However, they made it super easy for my kids to choose something else and still fulfill the pickup order. We tried the churros they're offering right now, and everyone loved them. Everything tasted fresh and the appropriate temperature.
Vegetarian options: Can turn any sandwich/salad combination into vegetarian.
Parking: Free parking on both sides of the building.
