I'm done. Home Run Ham that's suppose to have 33% more ham was more like 33% less. Rip off. Should be advertised as a lettuce footlong. We'll get our subs from Wawa across the street from now on.

My kids go to school nearby, thus we stop by lot of times, very clean, very friendly staff, always fresh food, one time my kid was little short of money, so the sever drink for free, highly recommend this store.

Apparently this store likes to only keep one person on shift to save on costs, resulting in slow service and ingredients running out. I don’t know how this store is still open as every time I have gone there is one employee on shift struggling to keep up with orders. I don’t think the cost savings are worth it

I tried to go in at 8:30am and the door says 8am there open so I called and the lady on the phone said starting today we open at 9am. It’s just werid on a random Wednesday they will start opening a hour later…

Took at least 10 minutes to complete 4 sandwiches for the people before me. When I asked if he was alone tonight I was told “I wouldn’t be doing this alone if I had help but I can handle this” besides welcoming me and telling me to have a good day when I left he didn’t say much either get this young man some help !

They have the meat blocked so you can't see that.They're putting half of the meat on your sandwich. I ordered the turkey special and only had two slices of turkey.

Came to this subway for some regular food. Not expecting much. Was a little taken aback when I made small talk with tristan, the worker on duty, and he mentioned that he was the only worker here and that often times he will be alone and slammed. Very unfortunate considering this guy was friendly and still served us well. Managers should be ashamed of their management abilities, or maybe they should show up to work themselves. Tristan is great and its a shame, yet not surprising, that the great workers get left alone and thrown into the fire. Managers need to get some other coworkers hired. Do better stop being lazy, and give tristan a raise!

So can I start by saying Takina is absolutely amazing!!! Wonderful spirit, positive attitude, fast paced and extremely attentive!!! The way she welcomed me in made me feel so welcome… My sandwich was great, well proportioned and very tasty!!! She deserves a raise!!! Thank u so much Takina for such positive energy that stuck with me all day!!! If I could I’d leave u with a 10 star review!!!🫶🏿🫶🏿🫶🏿

This location should consider closing the doors and allowing a restaurant or company take the location that actually wants people to come in. I ordered two simple sandwiches on the app and was alerted that the order was ready. Spent another 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for my order to actually be prepared (no customers, just one worker). Why would you allow this to happen?. People use the app to be more efficient, not wait around. Good grief

I'm a huge fan of Subway, but I'll never go back to this restaurant because at the end of my meal, the waitress wouldn't let me use the bathroom, saying it was only for employees, even though there are 2 bathrooms. She even sold me broken cookies (how annoying)! I don't recommend it!!!

I just came from the store. Once I walk in there, there was only one employee and she told me that it will take you 15 minutes before I can make you a sandwich because I have to do an online order. She said in the chair with her AirPod on There like a dummy waiting for her to make four sandwiches before she could help me. I stood there purposely and see how long it would take. I walk out after 30 minutes this girl not once use her common sense to say that let me just make that one. This is poor customer service. And it is outrageous how you guys expect to stay on business with this type of service level. This worker did not seem to care about providing great service

Takina took care of me today she’s always very friendly and helpful when i’m indecisive and hungry lol. I love this place nice calm environment to relax have a bite and read a book. Thanks again Takina.

The sandwich artists were very efficient and extremely friendly to me and my children. Our food was great and made extremely fast. Keep it up guys. 10/10
