Subway service is just becoming the worst. the 2nd time not meeting expectations at all and being disappointed with subway in general. in this location the bread was not toasted even I mentioned it clearly when submitting the order and the Churro was hard like a rock, seems from last year left over. I am not buying from subway anymore.

Service was great, store clean, staff were super nice. I don’t know why Subway put pork in their meatballs all of sudden. Now I can no longer get a meatball sandwich. Subway was the only restaurant I could go to and order it. Not anymore, because of their new goofy “Boss” menu. Its so dumb.

A lady named Nikki burnt my hot hot italino footlong the other morning in tbe toaster then tried to service it to me. She was very hateful and finally remade my sandwich which i later found mold all over my cheese and the lettuce waz wet and brown. Do not ever trust the food here. She gave me food posioning!

An older aneroxica lady waited on me after being caught smoking outside without washing her hands first. She was sleeping her words, and had to remake my 6 in sandwich 3x to get it right. She was inappropriate yelling to a white lady there in glasses working about how she refused to finish taking her burnt bread out of the oven.

I ordered 3 sandwiches (pepperoni, mayo, lettuce, and cheese). They came with onions, peppers, marinara sauce and was so much sauce the bread was soggy and it was all over the wrapper and sandwich. Couldn’t eat any of it. Just wasted $30. If making sandwiches is your job, perhaps you should take more pride in the one thing you do. Horrible! Entire dinner is ruined!!!

this didn’t happen to me, but this happened to my dad a few days ago, he goes into order the #18 (he normally gets the #4 but apparently you guys don’t make that sandwich anymore) he asks for the italian herb bread for the sandwich (this will matter later on), and he gets his usual toppings, and he goes to the checkout to go pay for the sandwich, and he pulls up the app for his rewards that he has, he’s trying to scan the qr code and he’s goes “oh i don’t think it’s scanning” and whoever this girl working was (i asked him who the girl was, he didn’t catch her name, but he described her as a black girl with a nose ring) and she proceeds to say “oh it scanned”, my dad knew she was lying because he was trying to use his $2 off for his sandwich and this girl never asked him if he wanted to use it, nor did it pop up on his receipt, he gets home with the sandwich, come to find out, they gave him regular bread and not even the bread he asked for, he ended up eating his sandwich, so at least he got his moneys worth for it, i think we’re better off spending money on a good sandwich from wawa or publix, at least they have better customer service over there than whatever this business is

Germaine cancelled my order b/c I used points on the app to take $4 off the total. She wasted my time and gas to save the franchise owner $4. I ended up with NO food and a charge on my Bank Account pending refund. In addition, she was completely rude. She has no business being in charge of anything.

Employee Rashlanda is a very unpleasant individual. I haven't been Subway in years and she is solely the reason it will be more years that i will not return. Its terribly saddens me that management would allow someone with such short, rude and unpleasant tone serve customers.

Terrible! I ordered online for the promo and I believe due to it or maybe not my sandwiches had a thin layer of baloney. I ordered the cold cut footlong and ate one and was disappointed. Tasted more like just eating bread. I took a picture of the second one. They must of split the “trio” of meat portion into two sandwiches and it was so dry. I added more mayo in the picture I took.

They hide the meat stations, so you can’t watch them making your sandwich. The owners does not accept the coupons that corporate provides for the customers. I went there today and and they skimped on the meats and on my cold cut trio they left off the ham and Salimi 0n the sandwich. Stay away!!!!!!!! Unless you like a sandwich by a cheapskate.

Sir you are incorrect, the cold cut trio comes with turkey bologna, turkey ham, and turkey salami according Subway website and me ordering it for the past 5 years. Also you are blocking the view of the sandwich being made so you can skimp on the meats. Subway promotes the concept of sandwich artists and watching your sandwich being made. Sir you are running your business into the ground by ripping off hard working Americans.

Please consider preparing the cookies earlier in the day. They are never ready in the mornings any more.
