I was homeless and they assumed I was a junky and where told by there boss to call cops on me for buying food. It's a shame that people can't judge for themselves but treat people less then human because of status. Anyone is one accident like me away from a bad situation you struggle to get back from.

Kid-friendliness: They definitely made my son feel welcomed and were engaging with him and patient as he built his sandwich [he's 4]

Never again, worker were so rude. The guy making the sandwiches had no idea what he was doing. Literally had me standing for over 5 mins without saying a word to me. Had to go up to him and ask him if he was ready to take my order. Poor customer service.
I always go to the one in Big Bend, I don't know why they taste more delicious there and their staff is all so friendly.

i don’t know the lady’s name but i came in on a Sunday @8PM. oh my gosh she was so rude! i haven’t been to Subway in awhile so i didn’t know what kind of sandwich i wanted. i told her a 6 inch, plain white bread, all american ham and she thought i wanted an All American sandwich. So when she asked me about bacon i was confused. then i realized i ordered an actual sandwich on the menu and i changed it and she catches a whole attitude with me. completely unnecessary and just a nasty nasty attitude.
